I bought adobe photoshop élément 10 in 2012 online for a mac. I have a new hard drive and I have to reinstal photoshop. I download it but I am not able to install it and it did ask my serial number. what did I do wrong ?
I have PS element 10 and a macpro 10.9.5
When I want to open it or to open a picture with PS element 10 editor this box opens

You can check you Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered under your account. If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

Photoshop does not transfer files nor import files. It can open files from any place that finder can access for files.
This is the normal process:
You need to log into https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/catalog/desktop.html Download Center
Select the app you would like to start with
The Creative Cloud manager will install first.
When done installing, the Creative cloud (adobe manager) should open in the middle of your screen.
If no apps automatically start installing then click on Apps
Scroll down to the app you want to install and click the install button
Once the manager says it is done, you can start your app like you normally do with any other app. -

Due to an issue I had to reset my PC and reinstall my software, but Adobe Photoshop elements 9 and Première elements 9 do not update and gives me the following responses:
6.5 Photoshop Camera raw update an error has occurred while downloading this update. Quit and try again later.

I have try several times, and even by disabling the antivirus, the problem remains.

Bonjour, je désire installer une version 12 d'Adobe Photoshop Élément que j'ai acheté sur CD, sur MacBook Air. Malheureusement, j'ai essayé en copiant le CD sur une clé USB et en installant à partir de l'USB, mais cela me dit que la version est piratée, donc impossible d'utiliser la licence sur MacBook Air, à moins de l'acheter sur Apple Store.

J'ai acquis il y a un certain temps le logiciel Adobe Photoshop Eléments 12. Cependant, j'ai récemment remplacé mon PC pour un Imac et j'ai des problèmes à installer ce logiciel, en dépit du fait que je sois muni d'un numéro de série qui correspond au numéro sur la boite acquise.
