I bought Adobe Photshop Elements 12 full license download from Amazon in April. Suddenly Elements says trial expired. What to do?

I've used Elements at least once a week since I bought it.  Today I tried to open it, and it's saying my trial has expired.  I don't have a trial, I purchased the full license to download the product, and did so at Amazon.  I don't want to download it again from Amazon because I understand I have 2 product downloads, and plan on using the 2nd download to my other computer.  I have my purchase code and everything from Amazon.  What to do?  I really need to use Elements.

If you are having trouble with the download assistant you can try going without it by downloading thru the site linked below.  In case there is some misunderstanding, you do not have to install anything more than the trial version.  You use your serial number from the purchase to convert the trial to full usage.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

    There should not be any reason you cannot download it, unless you are referring to not having a link in your account for it.

    I've never heard of buying software as a download from Amazon.  Why would you buy there instead of getting it directly from Adobe?
    Was it by chance through a 3rd party seller, not Amazon themselves?

    Answer: Return the CD.
    Or did you mean this was an album you bought from iTunes, in which case it really isn't a "CD" (which is a hard, plastic, shiny disc) and I'm at risk of getting confused.  If it is a corrupt file that you downloaded, delete the file and try downloading it again.

    If you have any trouble to launch your Adobe product and has been revert to trial and/or prompt for a serial number, please try the steps below:
    1. Sign Out and Sign In back following the steps:
    Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
    2. Delete the OPM.db file: 
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.

    Go ahead and sync. You have plenty of battery to get that done.
    USB pours do not provide enough power to charge an iPad efficiently. Once you finish your sync go ahead and use your iPad. Put it on the charger that came with it later.

    from store, I follow directions, click download but it hangs and never sarts the download.

    I tried turning off firewall.   and using Chrome browser,
    tried downloadeng from an old XP PC w/ IE8.   all options hang the same way.
    the akamai downloader never comes up and appears to start.
    I did a direct trial download of xi Pro, but my key does not work with that download.
    I assume standard andPro downloads are different from "standard" and there is not standard trial evidently.that I could find.   ALl of the standard trial links untimap[tely lead to a Pro download???
    also, instructions say to use a direct download if other fails, but I cant see any direct download links on my "my orders" page.   ANy ideas?
    Somehow I need to get a xi standard download that my serial number works on.

    You are right, everyt link of Standard leads to Pro download, the download of Standard will be available onto your account depending upon the license you have.
    If you have bought a single user license then please sign in to https://www.adobe.com/account.html and click on My Orders history, you will see the product listed and if you expand it the small "Download" button will be there.
    If you have a Volume user license then sign in to https://licensing.adobe.com/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMw==)/bc/bsp/sap/zavllogin/login.htm and click on Licenses>> Downloads to download the product.

    HI, Please Please Please can anybody help me? I am ABSOLUTELY desperate for an answer!!! I have an iPhone 3Gs and Photoshop Elements 8 and work on a PC running Windows Vista (32). I used to run all the same but with Photoshop Elements Version 5. Everything used to work PERFECTLY till suddenly just out of the blue one day, I plugged my iPhone into my computer and my photos did not automatically download into Photoshop and I cannot / did not have a clue why? I do NOT recall changing ANY settings anywhere on my phone or my computer? Anyway, I messed around for hours trying to fix it but to NO avail? So, I  went to the Apple store and they could NOT figure out why, but told me that I needed to reinstall ITunes and MAYBE update Photoshop Elements 5 to 8, which I have done, but it STILL does not download ANY photos from my iPhone to my computer and I am now TOTALLY desperate as my iPhone is nearly FULL with photos and if I cant figure it out soon, I'm gonna have to delete all my photos from my phone!     1.     Can you please tell what  error are you getting?     -                       
            Absolutely None! Its as though my phone is not plugged in at all! I only know that its plugged in because I see it in ITunes as "Donna's iPhone"                 other than that it is not recognized anywhere in/on my computer, so I am not even able to go into Photoshop Elements because when I manually try
            to download the photos through Elements, it does not recognize my iPhone as plugged in!
    2.     Have you ever  modified/corrected any image from the iPhone  itself?
            No! All I've ever done is taken my photo's and then tried to download them directly from my iPhone onto my computer!
    3.     Have you ever saved any image from en email attachment  configured on the iPhone?
            No, there are only photos saved in a folder that was made as a default folder directly by "Apple" on the iPhone to store my photos on when I take
            the photo's and they then go directly into "that" folder that "Apple" created before I got the phone. And then they used to automatically download
            from"that" folder directly into my "pictures" folder onto my computer! Other than that I have not saved any other pictures onto my iPhone EXCEPT
            when Elements was working, and it did download my pictures from my phone, I chose about 250 pictures from my computer and sent those to my
            iPhone. My iPhone then created a seperate folder and put those pictures that I transferred from my computer into that folder. But Elements still
            worked fine after that and I had no problems for about a year after that? But no, I've never saved any received email pics at all!
