I bought an app, and it doesn't run

I downloaded a pay app, " Gastos Celular " , and it doesn't work. When I try to open it, it just shows the app for a second and then, the app shutdown. I restarted my iphone 5, and try to reinstall the app, but nothing change. I wonder if apple can give my money back or at least solve the problem.

    Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, so if you download it again then you will be charged - I believe that they are all supplied to Apple by audible.com, so I assume that it's them that are requiring the one-time only download.
    Is it still on the device that you downloaded it on (if it was on your iPhone then it should be in the Music app), or do you have a copy on your computer and/or on a backup ? If not then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    Sometimes.
    Go into your iTunes account on your computer. Go to the section showing items you have purchased. There you will find buttons to report a problem. I have requested a refund using that method and received it. However, I understand that Apple does this on a case by case basis, and a refund is not guaranteed.

    I just bought an app and it wont download because its saying i dont have enough local storage. When i check how much storage i have left it says 1.8GB avaible and the app is only 930MB. What can i do?

    Only, haha, thats huge for an app. Anyways, sometimes the iPod won't let you download something of you have less then 800MB left.
    (The app is 930MB which is almost 1GB)
    Try deleting somthings you don't need to save space.

    If you've tried contacting the developer and not had a response then you can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
    Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.
