I Bought An App Called YoFilm But I Cant Watch Films

i bought an app called YoFilm but i cant seem to watch or download movies and shows. I paid $4.99 for the app and i would like this fixed or refunded please.

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor the developers of the app (the developers are the only people who have potentially fix an app).
Depending upon what the problem is, have you tried deleting the app from your iPad and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app, and if that doesn't work then have you tried contacting the developers : http://www.lamisoft.net/page/default.htm ?
If they haven't replied then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
