Audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store. If you still have your old and haven't copied to over to your computer's iTunes library then you can do so by connecting that phone to your computer and doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases - it should copy over to the Books paer of your iTunes library (Audiobooks if you are using a Mac with OS X Mavericks on it). You can then sync it to your new phone.

Nope, you can install it on your new computer with no issues. The disc contains both the 32 and 64 bit versions.

My iTunes v.10.6.3.25 is intermittently refusing to open. Sometimes re-booting my laptop works, sometimes not. I just put the computer to sleep, and when I woke it up, iTunes started automatically. Any thoughts?

I went to my iTunes Help and clicked Updates/download iTunes 10.7 twice, but got nothing. Now, Im wondering if I should downloacd the entire 10.7, or whether that would overwrite all my files, erasing my songs. Anybody know? Thanks.

Here's what I did:
First I tried the Winsock reset in the Command prompt. Nothing changed.
Next, I tried the instructions on http://http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123. The only other program that came up on the 'Winsock Providers' tab on the program was 2 Windows Live applications, which I can do without. So I deleted all Windows Live Applications.
I did the Winsock reset in the Command Prompt again and rebooted my comp.
Unfortunately, nothing has changed. iTunes keeps freezing at various stages of the sync, then shows the candy cane-striped bar with either the words 'Finishing sync' or 'Cancelling sync', before showing the Apple logo.
Sometimes, iTunes gets to the syncing stage - "Copying # of ####" - where it will trudge through the first, second and third tracks before flashing "Copying 4 of ####" for a split second and I catch "Cancelling sync" briefly before the Apple logo appears.
Again, I've repeated the steps I mentioned in my previous post. Does ANYONE know when the new version of iTunes is set to be released?! This one is driving me INSANE, to say the least!!

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I downloaded the 5.o version and now firefox wont come up at all

i downloaded the 5.o version of firefox on 7/19. and now that I have firefox will not pop up at all. I have tried uninstalling it and installing it again with no luck. All of my plug ins are up to date. so I am not sure what is going on???

If that doesn't help it may pay to tear down and reinstall iTunes in the following manner...
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

I would be concerned too if the songs I purchased from iTunes were not downloading to my iPhone. You have taken some great troubleshooting steps already, and thank you for providing the details of the steps you too. I have a few additional suggestions to get it downloaded to your iPhone.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted:
If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
Enter your account name and password if prompted.
Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

If the songs still do not download, next I recommend downloading the songs when connected to another network. For example, if you are using the cellular network, you could switch to Wi-Fi, or you could try an alternate Wi-Fi network. I just downloaded the Firefox 4 beta and when trying to open the .exe I get a window that says "File is Corrupt".

Not many details I can add...downloaded the v4 Beta version from your website, tried double-clicking on the downloaded file and got a window that simply said "File is Corrupt". Attempting to re-download now in case the original download was incomplete for some reason. (I am using a slow, hotel internet connection)

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.<br />
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.<br />
Do not forget to re-enable the scanning in your anti-virus software after you are finished with downloading and installing.<br />

I am trying to download Adobe reader latest version and when I hit download a bar appears at the top of the screen telling me to install missing plugins but firefox states plugins up to date what can I do?

I am unable to download Adobe reader to update my system as I only have version 7 on my computer. I accidentally downloaded the 32 bit version and I need the 64 bit version. How do I get to the 64 bit version to download it?

I have gone back to my order, however next to my version, all it says is Download, it does not give the same options as it did when I started to download. When I purchased, I was asked which version. When I try to install, it tells me I must download the 64 bit. Can you give me directions on how to get the correct version?
