I bought an I Tunes card today but when I tried to buy an album instead of taking money of the card I was asked for my billing information where I was told my I Tunes card had expired. Is there any way to get around this without having to buy a new card?
You redeem the iTunes gift card first. This amount is transferred to your iTunes account.
Once you redeem the card to your iTunes account, you no longer need the card as it has no value. The amount is in your iTunes account.
Did you redeem the card before you purchased the album?

Change how it syncs by enabling Manually manage music and videos, then you can drag and drop the music that you want on your iPhone. Revert it back to test to see if that resolves the issue.

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch then try logging out of your account on the device by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

I have gone to the apple website and changed my password already. I logged in on settings on my phone with my new password, and a box popped up saying I needed to verify my credit card. When I go there, it says I am disabled still and I can't do anything. Then when I go to the app store, it still says my Apple ID has been disabled. Please help! I am technology impaired...

You cannot and need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if the article doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
Changing the rescue email address requires supplying two of the answers. They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I've tried to restore my back up and it didn't work. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can actually restore everything I have lost. What's the point in only being able to use one iTunes media player to put music on your device? I mean seriously?! Surely I can get my data back?
As always, iphone will sync with one comptuer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
The backup that itunes performs does not include any itunes content. You should keep everything on your computer and should always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
You should copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.

Are sure that it is not simply asking you to verify your payment info? This is how itunes verifies your account.

Scroll down to the bottom of your screen. It should say redeem. Click on that, then enter the code. If you are signing up for an account, then press other method, then click itunes card, then enter code. Hope This helps.

I have redeemed points on my account but, when I try to buy a song I tunes doesnt use them it tries to access the credit card associated with the account for payment. How do I tell this thing to use the points instead. duh
By 'redeemed points' I assume that you mean that you've redeemed an iTunes gift card onto your account (?). If you do then are you trying to buy songs for yourself or are you trying to gift them - you can only gift items from a credit card, an account's balance can't be used for gifting. If you are buying for yourseflt and you are being asked to enter/verify a credit card number then are you currently in the country where your iTunes account is based ?

I bought my iPhone 4 open line in Vancouver, Canada last week for use here in my home base in Bangkok, Thailand. But when I tried using my Thai sim, I get a very weak signal, if not a weak signal, then a no service status. I also have very weak wifi reception. What do I do?
I already tried the following:
a. Turned the phone off and then on.
b. Checked all wifi connections – no problem given that all our laptops and desktops can connect seamlessly.
c. I tried restoring the phone to original factory settings via itunes
d. Tried resetting the phone.
e. Tried different microsims from all networks
f. However, all methods failed given that the network reception is very weak and often reflects – “no service”. And with regards to the wifi reception It has difficulty in reading even the signal right in front of the wifi router.
I went to two Apple resellers here in Bangkok and requested that they please look at my Iphone and have it serviced. I was frustrated when they said that given that I bought my phone in Canada, they are not able to support me and should instead try to contact the Apple store in Canada.
I went to apple.ca website and went to the expresslane support and I was said to register and callback. Tried calling the 1800 number but given that I was in Thailand I had difficulty getting a connection.1st sentence, 4th page of the iPhone warranty found here:

Problems with syncing videos to my iPad
I used to be able to sync the videos which I take using my iPhone, to my iPad with no problems. However, whenever I try to do so now, iTunes will automatically shut down. iTunes debugger doesn't work and will cause my laptop to hang. The videos play
