I bought an Ipad a few months ago and now it doesn't work

I bought an Ipad 3 a couple of months ago and it suddenly started to glitch one day. Every time I'd put the pass code in an it would unlocked the screen would go black. I tried to restart it and tried recovery mode and it didn't work. Sometimes when I turn it back on the screen goes blue. It seems that every time I move the Ipad with the screen lit up it turns black with a slight move. What could I do? Should I ship it to apple? How much would it cost to get it fixed? What could the problem be?- Ipad doesn't have warranty by the way. Thanks!I

Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.     If I were you I would first make sure CS6 was deactivated or signed-out. Then download Adobe's cleaner and remove cc, CS6 and any other creative  application installed including Creative Cloud desktop application.  Then install CS6 and use your CS6  serial number during the install to activate CS6 standard or extended which ever the serial number is for.   CS6 Version 13.0 should the be activated. That level of CS6 is extremely bug ridden so be sure to the use CS6 menu Help>Updates to get CS6 updates.  Windows should update to version 13.0.1.3 Mac to version 13.0.6.  Not Subscription CS6 version 13.1.2...

    Sure.  You can pay for an out of warranty replacement ( or if you have applecare plus, you can pay the deductible - Which is less than the OOW replacement fee.

    Why do you believe you are entitled to an upgrade?
    Do you get to upgrade to a new car when the manufcaturer releases a new model?
    What about tv's? Computers? Appliances?

    So I bought my new Droid six months ago because the battery life was supposed last a long time. Recently, my battery usage time has started depleting. The phone only stays charged for MAYBE half a day where I used to go over a day without charging it. It has also started shutting off at random times and freezes up often. When I make/receive calls, no one can hear me. My keyboard malfunctions as well.
    My contract is not up until February of 2014. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get a new phone (iPhone 5) without paying the ETF or the full price of the phone? Verizon has not been helpful at all and it is very frustrating because I have been a loyal customer since they were Alltel.

    Select Settings>General>About and look at Version. This will show what version of iOS is installed. Post back with the version & then we can provide some suggestions.

    Have the same issue on iphone 4s and have been on the phone with sirius for hours.  They told me that it was my internet. proved them wrong by going to their web site while on the phone with them.  they gave me a trouble ticket and put me on a short hold (over 1 hour) while I was transfered to their tech support. finaly gave up and hung up. It has to be something to do with the newest update to the app.

    Well of course you won't have iWeb on a new MacBook from this year.  iWeb has not shipped on new Macs for a long time now and Apple has not sold iLife through its stores or online for over a year and does not support iWeb any longer.
    If you want iWeb now, you will either need to purchase a new copy of iLife or try and find the old install discs from your old Mac and re-install iWeb from that disc.  It also depends on what iWeb version you were using too - iWeb 08 or 09?  If 08, then this is not compatible with Mavericks which will be running on a new Mac, so you'll need iWeb 09 for this.  If you can find your old install discs and they are iWeb 09 then go ahead and use these, but if not, you will have to purchase the iLife 09 or 11 boxed set from Amazon and both of these contain iWeb 09 and you can then install it.
    Also, when you set up your new Mac, did you migrate info over?  If you had built a website on your old Mac, then you need to data file where all iWeb info is stored and that is called your domain.sites file and you need this file to be transferred if you want your website back again.
    Can you get access to thhis file on your old Mac and transfer it?  If you can then fine, you can access your website again, but if not, you are out of luck and you'll have to re-build your website from scratch using iWeb.
    If you don't have iWeb, then now might be a good time to move forward and look at the many alternatives that are out there such as RapidWeaver, Sandvox, and EverWeb which is billed as an iWeb replacement and is very much like iWeb, but with SEO and the ability to create drop down menus built in (check out http://www.everwebapp.com). Other alternatives also include Flux 4, Freeway Pro and Express and WebAcapella 4.
    Have a look and most of these allow you to download free trials so you can try before you buy.

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

    Try a reset ...
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
