I bought an iPhone 4S last year. Today was the 5th time that one of my Audible books was suddenly cut off 3/4 into the book.The solutions offered to correct the problem did not work. Next phone won't be an iPhone. And books will go on different devices.

Does anybody else have problems with Audible books being cut off in mid-listening, and none of the solutions suggested comes even close to being applicable? It's my 5th time in a year. And I've had it. The interruptions and consequent time consuming attempts to find a solution, and once I do, again spending way too much time finding the place in the book, where I was so rudely interrupted have pushed my patience to the limit. I downloaded my books on different devices, and use my iPhone for calls and texting. Once it's time to get a new Smartphone I'll stay far, far away from any Apple product. I don't care to waste time to get my smartphone to do what it is supposed and offering to do. And I am really getting ****** of when I am driving in the middle of nowhere, listening to a good book and Apple decides that that would be a good time to put a stop to that. Mostly I wanted to get a response from Apple Support, and am not sure how I was channeled into an Apple Support Community (what a ridiculous term!). My problem is with Apple itself. But not for long anymore......

Install ClamXav and run a scan with that. It should pick up any trojans.

Try to restore the iPad. Settings > General > Restore > Erase All Content and Settings

I just submitted Questions/Problems and the Answers were useless. I had already said that I checked my cables and USB Cords. And of course I had already tried to print out a REPORT.
I gave a long explanation of the situation within the past 2 hours and th ePhD responded. May I please have a more detailed response. I have all HP Products and frankly am getting frustrated with the lack of detail or genuine interest in my questions/problems as indicated in the reply!!!

Since you started another discussion, nobody here has any clue what the last reply was that you claimed didn't help. Don't start another topic, just reply to the last response in the first discussion that you start.
Nobody here has any clue what the error message is either, if you don't share it with us. You might have a problem with the iTunes library on the PC and that would have nothing to do with the "Apple devices" that will not accept the music when trying to sync with iTunes.
Lastly, we are not Apple employees and while we really would like to help you, we don't care if you ever buy another song from iTunes, Amazon, or Songs 'r Us. So that threat gives you no leverage here.

I then entered an alternate e-mail with the same results. I am unable to get past this section after I push the Next symbol. HELP!

TS3430 iTunes crashes when I try to play any video whatsoever. I disabled direct3d but this did not work. I started iTunes in safe mode and it corrected the problem but when I look in the folders mentioned in the troubleshooter there aren't any plug-ins

It is the latest version of iTunes btw.

Tried to download trail version of CS6 had problems with the instalation primarily - did not work (Windows 7). So deleted all files and re-installed the creative cloud now no apps showing on CC? Please help!

Downloaded CS6 from the cloud on trial version a few weeks back. During instalation my computer crashed and left it kind of partially installed i think. I deleted the files i could find to try and re-instal. Have managed to get the creative cloud back but when i load it up im not given any options - no apps or home or anything just the shell. Does anyone know whats up or cangive me some advice to get my trial please. Many thanks

My iPad is disabled, with many attempts of trying to connect it to itunes it did not work. I decided to log in icloud and erase the iPad since i had no important things in it, but that also didn't work. It's still disabled. HELP PLEASE!

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

When i upgraded Firefox from version 3.6 to the next version I got a message about Frames that did not work. I work as a warehouse manager and we use an application called LogTrade when we ship goods. LogTrade was not working with the version after 3.6, I think it was 4.0? I had to reinstall 3.6 to get it working. Since LogTrade is essential for my work I don't know if I dare to upgrade to version 5.0.
