iPhone warranty is not international, but is valid only in
the country of original purchase. Since you bought the iPhone
in the UK, your warranty is valid anywhere in the EU but not
in Egypt. You can gry taking it to an Apple authorized reseller,
but don't be surprised if they tell you they cannot do anything.

Check Mail Preferences, Accounts tab. Select the account, then the Mailbox Behaviors tab. See if you have it set to Permanently erase deleted messages when: One week old. (or less)

I put an audiobook into my itunes and the audiobook setting won't save, it goes back to Music. How can I fix this?

I put an audiobook into my Itunes and I have selected the setting as Audiobook instead of Music but the change doesn't stick. How can I make this work? I've updated all my software and still I can't get the setting to stay on Audiobook.

You should be able to copy it over by connecting your phone to your computer's iTunes and doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases - it should copy over to the Books part of your library

Only Orange Jordan can unlock this phone for you, provided that they offer this service. You can't use UAE SIM in this phone or it will get locked.
If Orange Jordan doesn't offer unlocking, then your best shot is to sell your phone in Jordan and buy a new one from UAE.

Contact the carrier in the UK that the phone is locked to and put in an unlock request.
This is the only thing that you can do and the carrier to which the phone is locked to are the only ones that can unlock the phone for you - nobody else can.
Contact the UK carrier.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
If you cannot get this information from the seller

You can NOT do so. Only the owner of the account used to lock the phone can remove it. Instructions for how to do so can be found within or linked from within the document I already linked to.

When did you buy it?
Apple did not begin selling an unlocked version of the iPhone 4S in the US until 11/11/11. I believe it went on sale only through the online store at that time. I'm not sure if it's available at retail yet.
What you purchased was a phone without a contract commitment. It is still locked to AT&T. AT&T will NOT unlock iPhones for any reason. Return it and get your money back, then use that to purchase an unlocked phone.
