I bought an iPhone 5 on craigslist and it displayed a icloud message that it was lost with contact phone number but no answer when i called and the seller will not answer my calls. What can I do please help.

I went to the police station and they tell me "we can not find the owner or they can not help me in any way." The police office told me that if I make the report I lost the iPhone, and the chances for solve the problem are zero, so he say "I don't do it." I want to say that many people are selling their phones and, after that, they are reporting as stolen, so someone must do something. I know, was my fault to buy from a stranger, and I'll never do it aging, but how about the rest of the people? If anyone can claim a stolen report I want to have the right to claim and say hey! here is your stolen phone that sold me yourself...

Complain to the Attorney General about what? There is nothing in your story worth any such complaint. They will tell you the same.
First you have payment difficulty so credit and the Edge program are not available to you. You have to be credit worthy to get any upgrade, unless you can pay full price for all those new devices.

You are trying to get new contract plans, but since you are having paying on time and in full issues you will not get extended credit from any carrier.
What I would do is go and port out to Boost or Virgin Mobile where you pay a reduced cost for each device and get unlimited everything for $40 to $50 a month, it is pre pay so if you don't pay you get cut off.
Verizon although with the best coverage is also the highest priced.

Do you mean that it is carrier locked?
You would have to contact the carrier to which it is locked and see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
Or does "won't work" mean something else? -
how can i lock my screen on my iphone that was stolen tonite, i already suspended the service to the phone, but apparantly there is a way thru icloud to lock screen and when i log into icloud, i do not see the option to select devices. if so, that is where i can lock the screen, but i can not seem to get to that.

So my iPhone that was stolen is disabled for 22,237,796 minutes and counting down. My computer with all my backup information is down so I can't restore it without losing everything on it. I really don't want to lose everything on my phone and I really don't want to wait that long. Is there anything I can do? Please help! ;(
The only options are:
Wait it out.
Sync the device to the computer it normally syncs with to remove the passcode.
Restore from backup or as new.
Without access to the computer it normally syncs with, your only real option is restore as new.
Keep in mind, pictures can be copied off the device on any computer regardless of the device being locked or not. -

You got ripped off. You bought a hacked/jailbroken phone. That's what error 1015 means. Return it and get your money back if possible and buy a phone from a legitimate source.
