I know, especially stupid that it doesn't work in stabilisation mode as its often that mode used in lower light situations that would benefit from the flash... have no idea why BB doesn't allow US to chose when we want a certain function.

I bought a game plants vs zombies but it doesn't work at all!

I don't know what the two games/apps are, but if they are freezing, then try closing them completely : from the home screen (i.e.not with either of the two apps 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the apps to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
If neither of the above work then contact the developer as Julian suggests

My iMessage read receipts are turned on but it doesn't work for all my contacts

I have iMessage read receipts turned on on my iPhone 5. Several of my contacts also have it turned on. They can see when I read their messages but it's not showing up on my end. Someone explain to me how this is happening and how I can fix it. I have SEVERAL contacts who can see my read receipts but I can't see theirs. It has to be something on my end but I don't see how!

How did the photos get onto your iPad e.g. were they copied to the iPad from your computer ? If not then you should be able to delete them directly in the Photos app on your iPad. If they were copied from your computer then they are removed from the iPad using the same process as you used to put them onto the iPad :
Connect the iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar (if you are using iTunes 11 on your PC then control-s should get the sidebar to show) :
On the right-hand side of the iTunes screen select the Photos tab :
If you just want to remove some folders/albums that you had copied from your computer then de-select them on the list :
If you want to remove all photos that you had copied to your iPad from your computer then select and sync a folder that doesn't have any photos in it :

How do I go back to the last version in the 9 series? I need my Norton toolbar, but it doesn't work with FF10. I tried the forcing, but that doesn't work. All my logons are stored in Norton.

I used Norton utilities, and store all my logons and passwords int he identity safe. With Foxfire 10, my identity safe has disappeared. I tried the routine of forcing add-ons to work and it still doesn't.

Norton generally releases an update within a few hours of a new Firefox version and they did so yesterday

I don't want to call Verizon because when I do, I'm inundated with calls from them, which I'm trying to decrease not increase. It does work. The problem is that anonymous call rejection doesn't do what you want it to do! ACR blocks calls from people who withhold their telephone number by entering the ACR code on their phone. "Unavailable" and "no name" callers have not used the ACR code to block their telephone number, so the call comes through. It's a loophole in the regulation and there is no way for the consumer to get around it.
If you feel motivated enough, a letter to the FCC or your congressman asking them to fix the loophole is your best recourse.

I need to update to 6.0 but it doesn't work--I've tried several times and it never gets past the stage of "connecting to update server"--so how can I update without uninstalling first and losing all my bookmarks and passwords?

Every few days Firefox will tell me, "you really need to update to 6.0," and I say, "yes please!" but then it says "connecting to update server" for ages and ages and nothing ever happens. I wouldn't mind uninstalling the old one and downloading a new one, except that I have lots of bookmarks and passwords saved, and I don't want to lose them all. So what's going on, how can I update?

Thanks, but, using the "free" version of Reader, there is no opportunity to open nor import the xml data - the menu options do not exist - there is no import listed.
If we try to open the xml file directly, then we get an error - something to the effect of "unsupported file type, or the file is corrupted".
I just noticed in my Pro version that there is the command File ->Form Data ->Import Data to Form... command. Is this what you are referring to?
What do you recommend? Perhaps the easiest thing to do would be to purchase a few copies of Acrobat Pro for the reservations people to use? I was hoping that the free version of reader would do it, but perhaps not?

Spilled water on my ipod touch, now doesn't work, lost all my information, and now buttons don't preform the correct function...

So somehow water spilled in my backpack and got onto my ipod. I didn't realize this until i got home and plugged my ipod into the computer to see if it would finally turn on. The computer said it couldn't read my ipod and the only thing I could do was restore it. So I lost everything. Pictures, Paid Apps and Music, and I'm really sad and disappointed about that but now i will press the power button to wake my ipod and it will sometimes turn my sound up on headphones? And it says I have headphones plugged in, but I don't. My ipod is just really messed up can someone help me! Its 2nd Generation 8GB!

I've sent one email to the store not receiving any reply. I've called the store but none accepted to read this e-mail or gave me any solution. This problem has been caused by a mistake done from Best Buy employees and as customer I expect a quick solution from Best Buy.

I recently purchased Facetime for my iMac. I tried to test it out by calling my iPhone, but it doesn't ring at all. When looking at my call history on my cell, it shows that I missed Facetime calls, but no vibration, no ring, nothing. I then tried to call from my iPhone and still no real connection. Any ideas?

Is the iPhone connected to a WiFi network? FaceTime only works if the iPhone is connected to a WiFi network. Also, it must be enabled in Settings -> Phone

Hold HOME and START at the same time until an Apple logo appears. This is called a "reset", and essentially it reboots iOS. You will need to hold for about 10 seconds.
