I bought an iphone in Singapore from SingTel but have hardware failure ( it can't be turn on at all after 2 moths of usage)..
1) what shall I do? Shall I go to the apple care to repair/replace it? or go back to SingTel?
2) I head from friend that the singapore iphone model is always end with ZA, if I replace my phone will I get back the same Singpore orginal ZA version or it will be some refribushed version from USA such as model end with LL from AT&T?
3) where can I get a official copy of the country vs iphone model from apple website?

You address it with whomever provides service in your country... whether that is Apple or the carrier.

Seriously? Why in the world would Apple ship a carrier locked AT&T iPhone to Singapore to replace your device? Apple, or the carrier that provides warranty service provides replacements appropriate for your country. They do not ship warranty replacements around the world.
Also, I think your friend is full of manure. iPhone model numbers do not vary around the world, at least I've never seen or heard of that sillyness.

No such listing exists.
Bottom line... ignore your friend (they obviously have no clue what they are talking about) and contact your carrier or Apple in Singapore and address the warranty replacement with them.

If I bought my iPhone in America from an Apple Store and have the receipt can I return it to a Japanese Apple store? Yes it is within 30 days, I bought it July 21st, meaning it is within 15 days, as well.
I would doubt it, but there's nobody here who can speak on behalf of Apple. Phone the Japanese store: they will know far better than us fellow users.

If you purchased the phone from a person, you need to find out which carrier they used and go to them to see if the will unlock it. If you purchased it from a carrier, give them a call to see what they will do.

In most countries knowingly possessing stolen property is a crime. Even if you don't know it is stolen, it can be taken from you and returned to the rightful owner.
If it really wasn't stolen, and it was an honest mistake on the part of the seller, the seller can easily correct the mistake and authorize your activation of the phone. -
I just bought an iPhone 4S 3 days ago, but its battery seems to lose 1% every 3-4 minutes. I tuned off some location services, bluetooth, and even siri, and made its settings similar to my two-year old iPhone 4. The 4S can last much shorter. I’m not sure what I can do with the 4S?
I am having the exact same problem with my iphone 5.
I took it back to the Apple store 2 days ago and they gave me a new one, but they told me not to restore it from backup cos if something (an app) is corrupted it will happen again. The only thing they could keep was my contacts cos they did something there that allowed them to transfer them to the new phone. I went home, and downloaded only ONE app (facebook), and guess what - THE PROBLEM IS STILL OCCURING ON THE BRAND NEW PHONE! It is driving me insane as I cant get through the day without my phone.

You have encounter Activation Lock, the antitheft feature of the iPhone. The previous owner did not remove the phone from their account. The phone cannot be used until they do. Return to the store and let them sort this out. It is very unusual for someone to "forget" to disable activation lock, as it is necessary to do so to erase personal information on the phone. So it is quite likely you bought a stolen phone.

I bought an I pad 2 from us but I can not activate the Facetime in UAE(Dubai)as I can not see the country in the I pad's drop list, anyone has an idea as to how to resolve this issue
I'm not that familiar with how FaceTime works. I know how to set It up but I don't use it. I just know that you can't activate in the UAE. I believe that you can activate in any country that permits it's use. Whether you will need a new ID or not, I can't confirm.
You can Google this and get all sorts of articles on workarounds. Apparently if you set up a VPN you can use it in the UAE. Here is one article that I found.

Have you went to Settings>General Time&Date and correct the time. Make sure the time zone is correct too. Also go to Settings>General>Inernational and make sure the Gergorian calender is selected.

A Verizon corporate store can provide you with a nano SIM and activate it for you. Corporate stores do not charge for SIMS. I don't know what a reseller might or might not do. -

Just because the iPhone 4 has been discontinued, does not mean you won't get warranty service. You will, & if your phone needs replacing, under warranty, it will be replaced with an identical model.

SO, can anyone tell me how to resolve these problems ??The only way you can unlock the iPhone via legitimate means is by contacting the carrier the phone is locked to. Unlocking using "unlocking services" via the web or IMEI or any othert means will not work, and usually brick your phone.
Most of these sites are scams and you probably have been a victim of one. Contact the carrier the phone is locked to for an unlock.
