I am currently using a Credit Card for payment methods on the ITUNES store. But my sons are now using it also, so my husband thought it would be best to delete the card and buy ITUNES gift cards instead so we dont have to keep loading this card. But it's not deleting my information. I redeemed the cards already and says that I have a balance on my account. Hello, my brother and I have had Apple products for several moths or years and we have redemed a iTunes card that will not let us buy eny thing in the App Store or the iTunes store. So we could not figure eny thing out how can I make my iTunes account work again??????? This has happened doing the latest software update. I think I accidentally deleted iTunes before doing the latest update in trying to make room on the phone when it came up with limited space.
My iPhone is locked with the connect to iTunes logo on screen. I have connected and trying to restore but it is not working. I have turned it on and off but to no avail.

Have you tried logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then logging back in and seeing if that 'refreshes' the account on it ?

Try a reset, press and hold both the home and power buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

If not then how are you trying to contact Support ? You are selecting the country where you and your iTunes account are on this page to contact them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 ?
When your questions have been reset use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use -

Can anyone help please? I cannot access my email account settings within 'Settings', so I cannot change my details for existing email accounts, nor can I delete them or add others.
I can't access my Facebook settings within 'Settings' either but when I try to use the app it asks me to enter my password into my Facebook account in settings, but I can't do that either.
I've updated my software, restored and backed up my phone but it still doesn't work. Troubleshooting doesn't cover this.Go to Settings>General>Restrictions. Do you have restrictions on? If so, that would prevent you from making changes in some areas of the iPhone.

Options for when an iOS device gets locked because of forgotten passcode:
Restore (and reset passcode) on your device by connecting it to the last computer to which it was connected:

I have run Bullguard and Anti malware on my desktop, resulting in no isssues. I cannot sign into my email account from my laptop as well.
