I bought an open box iPad but I can't restore it because have the Apple ID of the previous owner what should I've to do? My other problem is that I bought it at best buy in Baltimore, MD, 4 days ago when I was in my vacations and now I'm again in my country and I can't returned the iPad.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.

Sorry... There is no work around for Activation Lock
Suggest you Contact Best Buy and see what they can do for you.

My Ipad 4 shuts off spontaneously, it is either impossible or difficult to restart. Before I send it in, I need to delete my data. When I hook it up to my computer, I can see what is on the Ipad, but it won't sync. It did work so-so last night and I installed IOS 8, today it is dead in the water. The "apple" icon constantly turns off and on, but the screen never fully loads. I can't restore my IPad until "find my IPad is off, but like I said, I haven't had an active screen all day so I can't shut it off. Help?
Does the unit not run on the charger alone? (take the battery out and plug it in.)

I can sincronize my Ipad applications with Itunes but I don't can backup my IPAD , I have the error to disconnect the IPAD in the middle of backup , and
now it's imposible make a backup , the process hanghed many houres at the initial steps.

Regards.Did you have iCloud photo stream turned on for photos? If you did, then you can view your photos at iCloud.com. If you can verify that they are all there, you can do the factory reset. Once you turn on iCloud again after the reset, the photos won't be on the phone but they will still be in the photo stream which you can view on the device. You should be able to copy the photos down to the computer from iCloud. On an Apple Mac computer, iPhoto can view photo stream and you can download photos there too.
Personally, with syncing issues with iTunes, I prefer to use an app called PhotoSync (which is an app in the App Store, Mac App Store, and available from the developer's website for Windows PC's. This App (once turned on for both devices) lets you send photos back and forth within wifi. -

The Apple ID is used for:
Settings>iTunes and App Store Where you purchase media from.
Settings>iCloud
Settings>Messages>Send and Recieve
Settings>FaceTime
Settings>Game Center
You will have to go there and log out or delete the existing ID/Account and log in with your own
Note:
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
Also, some game apps are locked the ID used in game center. -
My ipad is disabled but I can't restore it because it is locked
I changed my passcode and forgot it so now my ipad is disabled. I put it in recovery mode and I've tried connecting it to itunes to restore it but it won't work. It says it can't be restore because there is a passcode lock it on. It's like a vicious circle, I can't enter a passcode to unlock it but the only way to unlock it to restore everything is to have a passcode?! Help!

In find my iphone via icloud on my mac, it can find the phone but cant find the ipad. all settings appear to be using the correct apple ID and all location services are turned on - what gives? also, how can I add devices to be found. I would like to have my wife's phone and ipad findable as well
yes to both. Odd thing is I think it used to work, but not now. the light shows green (online?) but can't determine a location. location services are on for it though

The apps available to you are dependent on your location. If you are not in the USA, then you cannot get the USA app store. Whilst you may think that is unfair, it has been a part of the stardard terms and conditions you agreed to when you setup the iOS device in question originally, as well as every time you click agree to the terms and conditions.
This is done because of two things, firstly there are many legal and semi-legal reasons that an iOS app store download is available in one territory and not another, in addition to this, it also allows apple to provide language specific content, as well as team up with companies and organisations within individual organisations in order to provide you with exclusive offers, content, and information, which it would not otherwise be able to do.
Rules for the iOS app store are also applied in varing forms for the music store, the books store, and the iTunes U content library.
I can very much understand your fustraition, as someone who spent a considerable portion of his life, especially during the years he grew up, living in California, USA, but now living in London, UK, I too find it very fustraiting that you cannot always get the same content from one country to another, especially when most marketing for iOS apps originates in the USA these days.

when I connect my apple tv to my access point upstair and connect my ipad to the same access point i cant see my apple tv when i open up the airplay menu on my ipad. but i can see the apple tv in the living room downstair which connect to the main router.
Below is some info i get about ports.
I tried to set DMZ on my main router to have full access to ported to access point upstair which is in the ip of 192.168.1.2 and the main router in the living room is the gateway router with the 192.168.1.1 ip.
I still cant see apple tv after i try the DMZ method.
any suggestion ?
