I bought APP but it says that i didnt bought it need help
Dear All,
I bought app from the apple store, the app was free however it has some options required payment
the app name is
uae weather radar - ncms
when i click on buying one radar it ask me to put my account and password in oder to buy the radar.
the amount of payment was taken however when i tried to use this radar it said that my email acount is not registered. i already make the payment and money was taken from my account
could u please help me in this regards

Installing Apple TV and can not home share the apps from my iPad. When attempting to download iTunes a message appears indicating iTunes is attached. Need help!
Setup Apple TV with iPad
1. Setup Apple TV
(a) Connect cables and power cord
(b) Turn on TV and select Input
(c) Configure Apple TV e.g. Language, network
2. Setup Home Sharing on iPad
Settings>Music/Video>Home Sharing
3. Setup Home Sharing on Apple TV
Settings>Computer>Turn on Home Sharing. Enter Apple ID and Password
4. Pair Apple TV with Remote Control

I tried download one app and i forgot my password and I came to my computer,I did a new password but when I am at App store , That says I have dowloaded that app already and I cant download it again but i don't find it anywhere.What i have to do ?
Have you used the Spotligh search feature to try to find it?
Do you have Restrictions set that would hide the app? Go to Setings>General>Restrictions to check.
Have you went to your computer and looked for it and then try syncing it to the iPod? -
I want to download Minecraft but my ipod isn't a high enough IOS what do I do?
iOS 4.2 may the highest for your iPod but iOS 6 is now the highest one available.
If you want to run Minecraft you need a newer iPod with a newer version of iOS.

Hi, I bought an Ipod touch in Dubai. When I upated to iOs 6, everytime I would download an app it will says that it's not available in the emirates store and I should change to the US store. But before i updated to iOs 6 i have been successfuly downloading apps. Please help because now I cannot really use it.

How are you trying to re-download it, from within the store or the Purchased link ? You should be able to redownload it for free via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.

I bought a song off of the itunes store on my iphone but it wont play. I even tried to repurchase it but it says that I already purchased it. I have restarted my phone and turned it off but it still won't download or play. HELP!
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your phone and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on it, or the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
i have tried to buy something from app store but it says that i cant buy the song because it says i have to activate the email but im at my home page for my email and i havent recived it. i have an @line email. how do i access this email.
Have you checked your email's spam folder to make sure an email from Apple has not been put in there?

I am trying to upgrade to OS X Mavericks but when I click on download, nothing happens. It shows as purchased but nothing is happening. I have the MacBook Pro Late 2011 model. I am unable to load any new apps because it says that I don't have the latest OS version. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate it! Thanks
I installed 'Mavericks' on my Macbook Pro and am sorry I did !
It wiped my Mac's hard drive totally clean!
A technician here was able to reload the original OS but all my pictures, files and contacts were
sent God knows where !
I should have done a back up, so I learned my lesson the hard way !
What really annoyed me was that this is an Apple program, so I wrongly assumed it would be a safe download.

He told me that others in our small town had experienced the same problem, and since we live in a small community of about 6000, I wonder how many others have had this problem in more populated centers ?
Everything is thankfully up and running again ( at great expense in time and money ) but I will exercise more jurisprudence in future offers for any upgrades! -
I'm trying to update an app on my iPod touch but it says that it's unable to download the application at this time. I've tried everything what else can I do to fix this problem??
Try going to Settings>Store and sign out and sign back in.
It also could be due to an Apple server problem. and yu will just have to wait and try again. -

Normally what you should do is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. Since you have no receipt, though, it's unlikely that Target will help you, so go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

I can't update my app as it says that I am on a US store. I'm on a Australian store but it still comes up with the same message when I go to update.
Change to Australian App Store one more time.
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3.Tap "View Apple ID"
4. Enter your user name and password.
5. Tap "Country/Region."
6. Tap "Change Country/Region"
7. Select the region where you are located.
8. Tap "Done". -
