I bought Creative Cloud but I did not receive my license number

I bought CC but I have not received my license number by email. How long have I to wait for it? or what have I to do to receive it?

Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership. I mam unable to find any CC order placed under your Adobe Email provided here.
Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
Windows:
In windows 7 navigate to following location:
/windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. look out for "Hosts" file
2. Open it with notepad
3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
Mac:
1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
3. Remove the entries and save the file
4. try again launching any product from CC

there is no serial number used with a cc subscription. you use your adobe id.
go here, Adobe: Creative, marketing, and document management solutions
sign in with the same adobe id used to subscribe. start the download of one of your programs.

I bought creative cloud on my school website and I got a code for it. I filled everything in but I got every program I only have Bridge CC, Edge code cc, edge inspect cc, edge reflow cc, exchange panel, extendscript toolkit cc, extension manager cc, gaming sdk 1.3, scout cc & touch app plugins. I bought creative cloud last night, I started to download it, the it asked me for a serial number that I never received. i checked everywhere to get it without success.
Where is it ?The CC does not needs any serial number, it is based on Adobe ID.
In case you are being asked for serial number then you can refer to.

I bought creative cloud but it's not showing up in my account
I noticed the sale on at the moment and thought it was about time to move on from CS2 and get with the times.
I went through the process of signing up with my university email to make an adobe account, filled in my payment details and received an email order confirmation for a yearly prepaid subscription. I installed the creative cloud app and installed a few of the different programs to check them out, but when I run them I'm told they're all trial versions, and I need to enter a serial number to register them.
Ok, I thought, where do I find that? A quick bit of googling showed me I should be able to find them at https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.edu.html so I headed over, but lo and behold, apparently I don't have a subscription! The whole thing is empty.
Can someone check and see if there's a problem with my order or my account? I'm a little concerned by it, as RM585 isn't exactly a small sum of money, I'd hate to have had it sucked out of my card and received nothing in return.For anyone with similar problems that comes across this, here's what happened next ...
Following the link from kglad, I entered a chat with an Adobe rep, who checked my account and then forwarded me to a technical rep.
The technical rep had me copy/paste my hosts file into the chat and empty it. After a minute he said there was nothing in it that should conflict and I can put it back to how it was (so I did).
Next up I was asked to close the cloud app and go to the "%localappdata%/Adobe/OOBE" folder (windows machine, not mac, so YMMV). There I was instructed to delete opm.db and then re-open photoshop (the tool I was first trying to get running). It worked perfectly after that and I have since installed a whole bunch of stuff.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download install activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I can't get gold of adobe - which is annoying me. I have a file that has been uploaded to my creative cloud that i did not upload or have i ever seen before. SO it seems adobe cannot guarantee security and are uncontactable - i think i may leave

I downloaded Photoshop CC but I start experiencing trouble, so un-istalled Creative Cloud and Photoshop CC. I then reinstalled Creative Cloud but I am not having trouble reinstalled Photoshop CC. Nothing seems to be working, it just shows me that Photoshop is up to date and ready to use and its not installed on my computer anywhere.
Rattler2015 please see CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html for information on how to reinstall Photoshop CC.

use the desktop app to install your trials (and your subscribed programs, if you subscribe). -
'm traing to download Adobe after efects, in Creative cloud, but there is not there. I can't download it.
If the machine does not meet the tech specs for the software, the software will not be listed for download.
