I bought creative master collection but it doesnt show in my adobe accout
A couple of years ago i bought a creative master collection cs5.5
I have checked to see if my serial numbers have been entered in my adobe account but they dont show any products.
My computer is failing and i need to move the account to another computer.
However i cant find the license number
I didnt by it direct from Adobe i bought it from a computer man who gave me two licenses
Can anyone help

If your serial number(s) do not show on your Adobe account at https://www.adobe.com/account.html there is nothing Adobe may do to help
Have you ever changed your email address, and are you looking at your Adobe account with the correct identity?

Hi. I am running Windows 8.1 on a 64 bit Toshiba Satellite P70-A laptop with 16Gb of RAM. I have installed Adobe Creative Suite 6 - Master Collection. All is fine except for Adobe Acrobat X. It runs OK for a while, but then suddenly it won't work. I uninstall it, re-boot and re-install again, bit the same process repeats itself and once again I have to uninstall and re-install again. I don't know if windows update interferes with it? Has anyone else had a similar problem? Is it fixable?

ThxNastasia you can copy the installation files to a USB drive. You can then install from the USB drive on your new computer.

I am using Creative Cloud packager to create an equivalent package to Master Collection, but I cannot see Encore or Media Encoder in the list - how do I get those added to the package? They both have CC equivalents..

We have launched CCP 1.3 which gives you option to create Package of Archived version of softwares too. Please ensure to select 64 bit while creating package and on the Application list page select Show archived versions at the top. Once selected please scroll down the list and you will find Premiere Pro CS6 with Encore and Media Encoder.

Alright, I found the issue. This is how I have resolved my issue. I hope it will help you.
1. This issue could happen, if your apple TV doesnt have internet, connectivity to iTunes servers, or you haven't logged in to iTunes account in your apple TV
2. Test the network on apple tv - General - settings - network - test network, Try to aviod using wifi use LAN cable, since we are trying to fix the issue.
3. Set your exact location manually - Which city you are in from settings-General - Time Zone- choose your City currently you are in.
4. Login to iTunes account - settings- iTunes Store- set your default store - for example I am in Mongolia but using my New Zealand account on Apple TV, in our case my Apple TV iTunes account location is New Zeland.
5. If you are facing any issues to login to your iTunes account, That explains you have an issue with connectivity back to iTune servers, or sometimes it could be apple iTune servers may have problems. To verify which is one is the problem login to your itunes on your laptop or desktop for testing purposes, make sure you are using the same internet connection as your home apple TV is using.
6. if you are able to login you should able to see all the available channels and full list on Apple TV.

With your iPod connected to your computer and iTunes running, select your iPod form the left pane, click the File menu in top bar, from there select "transfer purchases from iPod"
