I bought CS4 a while back, and only loaded it one time on a PC with Windows XP operating system. I understand I can load it 2 times. Will it work if I load it on Windows 8?
You won't know until you try. These older versions were never extensively tested or certified on Win 8, but it should work for the most part iuf you follow the necessary procedures liuek turning off UAC and otehr fancies that may get in the way.

If you downloaded it on your computer's iTunes then it should be in the Books part of your library, if you downloaded it on an iOS device then it should be in the Music app on it. If it's not there, and you don't have a copy of it on your backup of your library, then you will need to try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download (audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store, which I believe is a requirement from audible.com who supply them) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

i signed up for cc a while back and thought i was supposed to receive both ps and lr but i have only been able to use ps. I pay the monthly 9.99 subscription. Does this price level not include Lr?
Sounds a bit odd to me. Like Gene says, if you are signed in to the Desktop Application Manager, it should recognize you and the plan you are on, and let you install LR without asking for a serial number. Try signing out of the Desktop Application Manager by clicking on the cog icon > Preferences > Account tab > sign out. Then sign back in again. This forces the Desktop Application Manager to scan your system (it normally only does so once every 24 hours looking for updates).
If LR is still not inviting you to Install it, then sign in to your Adobe account . See what it says under My Subscriptions. I don't have the Photography plan, so don't know what you should see, but I imagine it will be obvious. Click on Manage and see if that makes sense.
If still in trouble, I think you would do better starting a thread in the Creative Cloud forum that deals specifically with this sort of issue. You'll also find some FAQ links on that page that will likely give you a clue as to what is going on.
Bottom line is I have never been asked for a serial number installing LR from the CC Desktop Application Manager. -
I recently sync one song to my friends iphone 4 and it erased all the music and only put that one song. I tried backing it up but it didnt help. How do I put all previous music back on the iphone?
Re- sync the phone with the computer it was originally synced with.

The iOS5 erased all my apps. Went to get them back and only part of it was recognized by Apple store. The others the store prompts to pay. I tried to go back to the old system and restore but as it was in sync an error ocurred and now I don´t have even the operating system. It won´t rebbot. I am afraid it will not stop searching the booting system until batery is dead and it will take many hours.
Any chance somenone ran into the same problem that could help?The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ... -
A while back I made a gamecenter account that was not associated with an Apple ID, it was with my email, now my gamecenter account IS my Apple ID. I want to delete it and make a new one, but i can't figure out how. Help!
Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

can't reload Photoshop elements 7 on my windows 7 operating system. Everything goes well and it appears to be installing. All of the sudden the Installer starts to roll back everything and error message shows up saying I can't use this product at this time.
How do I do that? I'm the only user on the laptop - I kind of assumed I already was running the install as the admin.

My oldest daughter recently bought a new ipod touch and gave her old one to her brother. How do I unlink his ipod from her account and set up his own without losing the music and apps already on it?
Connect it to his iTunes library and set it up as a new device. You should be prompted to Erase and Sync the iPod if his iTunes library is separate from hers.
Or head to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase all Content and Settings.

Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days.

I just bought a Mac Book Pro and the Appstore show one upgrade of iPhoto (9.2.1). I started a section with my Apple ID (the account that I have I use to iTunes) but when I try to update it says that there are upgrades available for other accounts and that I have to upgrade using the account that I used to buy iPhoto. I have a problem with the iTunes Store, I have an ipod and an iphone 2. I have a PC with Windows Vista Home Premium 2007, entering into iTunes Store on the main screen I get only AppStore, Podcast and iTunes U. In my screen I get only ipad2 Podcast, iTunes U Downloads. My problem is I can not access any application to download music, videos, books, etc..
ITunes will be installed wrong or what should I do to activate these options?Go to the front page of the Store, and click Change Country. Make sure it is set to the country where you actually are.
Then you will be able to see everything that is for sale in your country, which, depending where you live, might or might not include music. -
My photo library is full. I bought an external hard drive and am using it as time machine. I copied my photo library to the external hard drive and burned all of my pictures onto DVD's. If I delete my photos from my computer, will the photos still be on the external hard drive and saved in time machine? I am parinoid about losing my photos (memories).
I think you mean Your Hard Disc is Full as opposed to iPhoto.

With regard to your iPhoto Library... you can Move it to another External Drive and use it from there and then you can use TM to Backup that Drive as well as as your Mac.
1) Move iPhoto Library to External Drive
See > iPhoto: How to move the Library to an EHD
First... Make sure the EHD is Formatted Mac OS Extended (journaled)...
Format, Erase, or Reformat a drive
Quit iPhoto if open.
Open your Pictures folder and select the iPhoto Library.
Drag the iPhoto Library to the External Hard Drive.
To Use iPhoto on an External Drive...
Hold down the Option key on the keyboard and open iPhoto. Keep the Option key held down until you are prompted to create or choose an iPhoto Library.
Click Choose Library.
Locate and select the iPhoto Library in its new location.
And also make sure that all is working to your Satisfaction before Deleting anything. -

Syncing requires a backup as part of the sync process.
Delete any existing backups in iTunes under Edit > Preferences > Devices (or simply move them to a different folder on the computer) then try a backup or sync.
