I bought CS6 when i was at my old school with that email i am no longer able to get into that email and i need to install it on my new computer. How would i do that?

if you have it installed on a pc, you can recover the serial number using belarc advisor.

I need to restore my iPhone but it wont let me until i turn off the find my phone feature but the icloud account it makes me enter a password in i no longer ahve access to. So i need a way to either turn the feature off aother way or to reset that password.

Tap edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID.

I don't know what you mean by "closed" - icloud accounts stay in existence even if you disconnect all devices from the account. You can't delete them.
If you don't recall the ID or the password, and if the link above doesn't provide another way to get to the account, then you are out of luck.

If you can't get the account's password reset via http://appleid.aple.com then try contacting Support in your country, they should (after they've confirmed your id and that it's your account) be able to reset it for you.

After it's been reset change the primary email address on the account to be an address that you have access to : Change your Apple ID.

Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I have an iPhone 5c and an ipad 3. using the latest version of iOS. I can't delete the old iCloud account on the devices without putting in a password but I don't have it, nor a way to change it via email since the email acct is an old one.
