I bought iPad 4 WIFI/LTE/3G, 64GB, Retina Display, Black.

My iPad Model A1459. I Live in Saudi Arabia and I notice the LTE network never been active, only 3G network available. Is this model supports LTE networks in Saudi Arabia. Do I need to change it to Model A1460. I like my iPad but I don't like using it without LTE. It seems to me like an iPad 2. Please tell me what should I do.

If an Apple Store opened in your country it would be no different than purchasing from an Apple dealer there. The device would still have the same restrictions on FaceTime since those restriction are required by your governent. You have to purchase from an unauthorized source to get around that, and then you're completely on your own (and may well be breaking Saudi law; I don't know how the law is written).
So whatever you decide to do is up to you. Note, however, that you will not be able to get service from Apple in SA for an iPad that is from another country.

No.
You cannot add 3G to the device itself.
You have a 14(?) day return period to swap it out.
You can get a device called a mifi, it's available on several carriers.

There are many people using the basic (i5) 2012 MacMini and even older ones to edit complex films in FCP X so you should have no problems.
I have been using FCP 7 and FCP X since they came out on my 2008 iMac Core 2 Duo and am thinking of getting the same model as you rather than pay the astronomic price for a new 27" iMac.
The performance won't be quite as fast but it will be at least 4 times faster at rendering than my old iMac.

You already have got OS X Mavericks installed (the Keynote, Pages and Numbers versions available in the Mac App Store are only compatible with OS X Mavericks).
You have got a Late 2013 MacBook Pro, which uses a special OS X Mavericks version that is not available in the Mac App Store. This is the reason why the Mac App Store is not compatible with OS X Mavericks even if you are using it. This will be fixed in OS X 10.9.1, when your Mac uses the same Mavericks version as all other Macs.
Until then, you can reinstall OS X through OS X Recovery > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4718

Apples dont come with say, a big manual like old things used to. Basically its a just a quick reference guide, everything on specifics is online

Why ipad mini released with a non-retina display.. The only reason i didn't buy that..

I was so much after the ipad mini..
but released with the non-retina display and this put me down a lot and I didnt buy this one at all.
Now I am looking one but with a larger screen and where i can use that as a phone around 4.5" min.

There are a few "phablets", small tablets that are also phones, but Apple does not make one. Thus far these "phablets" are not proving to be very popular, but if you think one would meet your needs, by all means look into them.

Depends on your preferences, both are basically the same with the obvious exception of the size of the screen, the retina display and if you are comparing with an ipad 4, the processor, which is twice as fast in the ipad 4.
All the apps you need should work in both iPads.

Did you purchase it at an Apple Store? If so, then you should be able ot have them look up the receipt in their system. If you purchased it at another store, check their policies. IIRC, Best Buy allows you to exchange items without a reciept, but they won't refund without one. Other stores may have other policies.

The MBP has an N card that operates at 5 GHz. Does not require a dual band router so does the iPhone and iPad, so unless you have legecy G equipment you won't need a dual band G/N.

There's a fraction of a millimeter between them. So if the case is hard molded plastic, probably not. But if it's a more forgiving case, like a leather slip in case or the such, you should be ok.

I really have struggle online to find a way out but could not find any way out to use these features of ipad. I no not live in Saudi Arabia. The Device you have, because of where it was Purchased will never be able to have FaceTime.
All you can do is sell it and buy a Device from a non restrictive country.

The HTC hotspot works fine with everything else I connect to it.
Also - ipad will not connect to my HTC via bluetooth. Again, I can connect to everything else with my HTC other than my ipad.
I have to say this is my first venture into Apple products and I have always wanted to get away from my windows based laptop to get a MacBook, the problems I have had (flash player etc) & continue to have (as above) are putting me right off swapping over. I HATE technology that doesn't work and my ipad has been hard work!
