http://www.microsoft.com/mac , search in your Inbox for email from the following addresses:
@BUY.OFFICEFORMAC.COM @TRY.OFFICEFORMAC.COM, or @DIGITALRIVER.COM. If you cannot find existing Product Key or simply need a new one, contact Microsoft Online ESD Support to obtain a replacement product key.
In another case, if you bought Office from Microsoft Store.
The email should come from @microsoftstore.com. If you cannot find email from Microsoft store, the product key is listed in the Product Keys page of your Microsoft Store Account. You
can also find them on your Purchase History page. You must sign in using your Microsoft Store account on the web site and then click on the purchase history to see the Product Key.
If you cannot locate your existing product key or need a new one, contact Microsoft online store http://store.microsoft.com/Help/Contact-Us

Purchased the $9.99 for Photoshop but haven't received any serial codes?

Adobe has taken $1 from my account which is currently labelled pending. I have downloaded the photoshop and lightroom apps from creative cloud but my only options are 'Trial' or 'License This Software', why don't I have the serial codes though?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Voicemail is left at your carrier's server. That will continue to work unless you report your iPhone as lost or stolen with your carrier.
You may never find it again and you can't if the iPhone remains offline or out of service which means the iPhone is powered off or doesn't have cellular reception.

Check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.

I claim my OS X Mountain Lion but they never sent me the code

I bought my macbook pro in july 7th in the new york 5th avenue store and i claimed my mountain lion copy yesterday around mid day but they never sent me my code also when I was applying for the upgrade the webpage didn't ask me to scan my receipt or nothing, I have my claim number but what can i do with it?
If someone is having the same problem? Can anyone tell what i should do?

Office 2004 Applications Won't Work in Lion
You must have Office 2004 which is a PPC-only suite and will not work in Lion. You need to upgrade to Office 2011 - Mactopia - or you can try the freeware suite, Libre Office, that is functionally similar to Office 2007 for Windows except it works on Lion.

Fed ex said they delivered my phone but I never received it. I was home all day with many other people so I know it wasn't. I have 3 dogs that bark if they hear anything and no barking happened. Now whose resposible? I put out $257.00. for this phone and have no phone.

Fedex has to have the phone signed for. They will have to prove it was delivered to the addressee.

HT3529 I cannot send a text message to one specific friend when they have iMessage turned off. It should go through as a text message instead of an iMessage but they never receive it. It only happens with this one person and I can receive, but not send.

Digital Editions can open files of .pdf , .epub and .acsm format.
When you click on a download link from an online bookstore, a .acsm file gets downloaded to the "Downloads" folder of your computer. You need to double click on this .acsm file(if Digital Editions is already installed) to get the book. If you still get a message saying that your computer doesn't have a way to open this file, please manually associate Digital Editions to the .acsm file type OR open Digital Editions and drag and drop the .acsm file onto Digital Editions.

Ask the recipient to check Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
Also see if you are able to resend the email by following these steps.
If the problem persists, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

So on April 29th I decided to order some clothing from an online clothing store as a birthday gift to myself. About two months pass by and I realize I never received my package. I figured maybe its on back order or something so I decide to send the site an email inquiring about my order on June 27. She responds saying the order shipped first week of May and I should have received it, which obviously I didn't. She then tells me she's away and will update me about the tracking info and what's going on. Another month passes and I receive no update so I decide to open up a dispute through PayPal and again ask what's the status of my package. She then up's the dispute to a claim and again states she sent the package and she's still away and has this personal stuff going on so she really needs the money. However she still never provided me with any tracking info. I find it all very suspicious and I wanted to know if anyone went through something similar and did you ever get your money back? I really don't want to pay for an item I never received. Thanks in advanced!

If she can't provide you or PayPal with a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to your address then you should get a refund. PayPal gives her 10 days from when you escalated the dispute and if she can't do that then they review / refund within 48 hours of the deadline she is given to respond.
