I bought Logic Pro 9 in May and haven't had time to use it... And now they have Logic Pro X. Can I get a refund and buy X? I feel a bit ripped off as it stands now.

Can someone help? I feel bummed and a bit ripped off. I'd like to have Logic Pro X now, with all it's nice new features. I bought Logic 9 in May and haven't had time to even look at it. You think apple will offer people like me a refund? I hope so. I just don't feel it's right to charge so much for the upgrade.

Part of this is incorrect...
Some App Store employee's "accidentally" (but in good faith) issued refunds to a few users who had purchased Logic 9 within 30 days prior to the mid-July release of Logic-X. Word quickly came down from Apple HQ that this was against App Store policy and the practice was immediately stopped.
To the original poster.. you never stood a chance, even if they were issuing refunds you didn't fall within the 30 day period. There were many who purchased Logic 9 a few days before the LX release who did not get a refund.

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

Recently, I bought the Adam Barnes album and I put it on my iPod. When I started listening to it and it was great. But when it got to track 4, it played the first minute and then it was just silence for the rest of the 3 and a half minutes song. To have Apple repair the phone, you would need to send it to someone you know in the US to have him or her bring it to Apple for repair. The iPhone warranty is NOT international. In addition, Apple doesn't sell parts.

Can i get a Refund and exchange for my iPad

Basically I recently bought a new iPad from an apple store which was a 32gb one but my brother wanted a 64gb one instead. He's already opened the box by accident and I still haven't received a receipt from apple. Pay not attention to what you've heard people say. The store is the final say in the matter, not what other people have told you.
If you return it as it was originally packaged with nothing missing except the wrapping, then the store owner can make the call. But even then, they have something that cannot be sold as new, hence the restocking fee.

Open iTunes on the computer. Without any iPhone plugged in, go to iTunes' menu and do Store > Sign Out.
The click the iTunes Store row on the left of the iTunes display. You can then sign on from the signon row on the right side of the display using the correct Apple ID and password. Then you'll be all set!

I wanted to transfer apps from ipad to iphone, eg 1password. Unfortunately, following the syncing process, the apps have been transferred but can't get into them and if I can, they don't have the contents in them, they're just the empty app!

Data does not sync between devices, so you can't do what you want to accomplish.
If you want to sync 1Password, then install it on both devices and use it's iCloud sync feature.

I buy a 17" iMac and a week later they launch new iMac! Can I get a refund?

So two and a half weeks ago I go and but a new 17" iMac from the apple store in the Trafford Centre, Manchester UK. They store assistant did not mention nothing about the new range otherwise I would have waited a week ! The same money would by me a bigger screen now and a better spec machine ! Can Apple do this ? In the US you could. I saw several folks doing that at my local apple store. Don't know about the UK. In the future look to the internet. There are a lot of sites that predict fairly accuratly when a new Mac is coming out. It was known for a couple months that this one was close to out.

I bought a book from iBooks, but it apparently has DRM which means my iMac and MacBookAir can't play it. I don't have an ipod and I don't fancy reading a book on an iphone, even the 5. Can I get a refund, and if so how?
I might add that I have been reading Kindle books on the MacBook Air without any bother.

On every purchase page in the iBookstore under Requirements it states that an iOS device is required.
