I bought LR 3 two days ago - do I qualify for a free upgrade?
I bought the full version of LR 3 for $150 two days ago. I would like to buy the upgrade to LR 4. Will I qualify for a free upgrade or will I have to fork out another $79.

I need to know if this is correct, because two days ago pages ask me for an update, buy when i go to the App Store there is nothing to update, its a bug or something, anyone have the same problem?
There is a Pages v5.5.1 update available in the OS X App Store under Updates. Unless, you have System Preferences > App Store configured to automatically install Updates, it may be waiting for you to manually update it.
If you have Pages ’09 open (/Applications/iWork '09) and double-click a document owned by Pages v5.5.(1), Pages ’09 will throw a dialog about needing a newer version of Pages and go download one from the App Store. They could have made that dialog less confusing, by simply stating that Pages ’09 cannot open the incompatible Pages v5.5(.1) document. -
I bought an Apple TV two days ago. Followed instructions to hook up and light is on on box. Unplugged working HDTV connection on tv -it has two more unused - and made final Apple TV HDTV connect to tv tight. Flip over from cable and... no signal! Everything else fine blue ray back to same port and works fine. Do I take this back to store for replacement? Might be new cord or Apple TV,
. Tried other ports on tv with no success. Thanks for any suggestions. Oh yes, mountain lion on air up to date on iPad and iPad min...I would test it with the tv of friends and or relatives to verify it was broken

Elctronic whine - I bought it two days ago!
So I bought my black MacBook two days ago. I was so happy to finally have the black version, because my white one suffered from discoloration. However, while I've never had performance issues with my white one, my black one now has started to whine nearly constantly. It's linked to both the display and the power supply. When the the power supply is plugged in, then it utters a high pitched whine. I can turn off the display to stop it, but then I couldn't use the comp when it's plugged in. What do I do?

The same thing happened to me... Since two days the ******* thing keeps freezing after a while. Then I try to reboot and the screen goes white and it doesn't boot. If I wait like half an hour it boots again.
I thought it was a hardware problem, but the Apple Hardware Test founds nothing at all. I think it has to do with the software update I performed 2 days ago.

Two days ago, I loaded Light Room 6. Today I went back to Light Room 5. LR 6 corrupted an entire folder of images, and caused errors on my Raid 5 causing win 7 to run "Chk Dsk" and fix the errors to the operating system. LR 5 has not shut down for the last 5 hours. LR 6 has a serious bug. Anyone else experiencing this problem. Yesterday I was on tech support, waiting for 3 hours, finally they picked up and informed me there department was closing and someone else would call me on Monday. So, I'm working today and all day Sunday to make up for the down time using LR 6.
I don't know if the bug exists in the program or the "Creative Cloud.
Question: Does anyone know why if I bought Light Room 6 [NOT Light Room CC with the monthly rental], I have to enter my serial number if I want to use it?Entering the serial number is probably part of the registration process.
Just out of curiosity, what were you doing on LR6 when the folder of images became corrupted? -
My ipad2 isn't allowing me to download any apps. When I try to download a app it prompts me too update my billing info. I did that and it said invalid security code for my credit card. It just started this two days ago, before I had no problems. Please help my apple friends

I received an Iphone 5 as a gift two days ago. The first thing I did was set up ICloud for photos. Itunes would not allow me to add songs to my new phone without restoring it, yet when I did this, it deleted all 129 photos of my graduation and friends from the past two days. And I cannot find them anywhere, photo stream, ICloud, nothing. Where can I get back my memories?
Were the photos taken by your new iPhone? If so, did you not import them off your phone to your computer (as you would any other digital camera) before the restore? If not, restoring wiped the data off the phone and your pictures are gone.

I can no longer clear my history. I have done this every day for years, and since two days ago The clear history box wont open when I try to clear my history. I tried setting the auto clear option, but that also did not work.
Is there anything else I can try within firefox or my computer, or will I need to remove firefox and then reinstall it?

I have been using Safari for years and have always kept it on "private." Starting two days ago, I suddenly found myself unable to log onto my blog and many other sites that I normally log onto when private is set. This so annoying, I just switched to Firefox. I don't like Firefox nearly as much as I like Safari. What is happening? How do I fix the problem?

Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test. -
I have no trouble viewing apps in the iTunes Store on my iPad. However, every time I try to install a new app, I get an error message after a while - cannot connect to iTunes Store. This issues cropped up two days ago on my new iPad. Please help...

As of two days ago, the ability to print from my MacBookPro to the PSC 1600 Series vanished, indicating they do not have new software ready. I have tried HP and Apple but have not received any help. Can anyone help me to find whatever software that was either lost or not updated. My iMac did have an HP update.

I used to frequent an RPing site until two days ago on Sunday, January 26th, 2014. After speaking with the Site admin I was told that the site no longer recognized me as a "legit person". I have gone through all the normal steps, updating, uninstall and re-install Firefox, delete cookies and history, removed proxy for connection (and all the other proxy options) and even restarting the computer. I have tried accessing the site on other browsers, IE and Chrome and it works just fine! I even have other friends who can still use the site on Firefox! I do not know how to fix the problem, and I hate Chrome/IE with a passion, so I am praying there is some way to fix this problem and let me use Firefox again for the site. As for the error I get whenever I try to get to the site it reads. "The requested URL "(Site Address)" cannot be found or is not available. Please check the spelling or try again later."

Everytime I hook my Iphone 5 to itunes it wants me to restore the phone. I got a new phone two days ago because of this and other issues came home and went to put my music on it and it wanted me to restore which it resulted in a frozen screen with the picture of needing to connect the cable(it was a brand new phone). So I went back to Apple and they restore it there then came home again and the same thing happened although I have not restored it this time casue I dont have time to go back to Apple again. What am I doing wrong? This is happening to my husbands phone as well.
