I bought my I pod in the uk but have now moved to New Zealand

I can't now update my apps as it tells me I'm in the wrong shop, I need to go to the UK shop, but I can't actually get to the store!  Any help on how to change the settings would be appreciated!

illaass is technically correct in the wording of the EULA but actually wrong !
If you retain a UK bank account and payment card and have a valid UK address you could continue to use the UK store from anywhere (NOT approved but works just fine !)
If you have opened a local bank account and have an NZ billing address then you need to log out of the UK store and transfer to the NZ store to comply with the EULA terms.
Your payment card will need to have the correct first four digits (area code for NZ) or will be rejected.
Any existing apps will continue to work however you won't be able to upgrade them -Unless you re-log into the UK store using your old credentials !
Contrary to popular belief Apple does NOT use location services and IP addressing to prevent cross border purchases rather just the billing address and local payment details !
To change and select the regional store you want to use do the following;
On your iOS device tap Settings/iTunes & App Stores/Apple ID
A window bubble opens here tap view Apple ID
You are now routed to your iTunes accounts page
Here you can now change your payment details the default regional store you want to visit and a few other things.

    Have you went to Settings>General Time&Date and correct the time.  Make sure the time zone is correct too.  Also go to Settings>General>Inernational and make sure the Gergorian calender is selected.

    Tap on your Apple ID at the top
    Tap "View Apple ID"
    Enter password if needed
    Tap "Country/Region"
    Tap "Change Country or Region"
    You may need to change to a UK credit card.

    Normally an Elements purchase is good for both platforms.  You should only need to download and install the Mac versions of the programs and install and activate them using the serial number you have from the opriginal purchase.

    Although there will be many here that will sympathise with your situation, this is a user to user forum. Apple don't come here. The store (if you go to apple.com) now do real time chats. Failing that you'd need to call them to sort your issue out.

    Purchasing an iPhone at the full retail sales price or non-contract price with a carrier at a non-Apple retail store in the U.S. does not equate to the iPhone being unlocked.
    As already provided, the only place you can purchase a new iPhone as unlocked in the U.S. is at an Apple retail store or via Apple's online store.

    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

    1) what shall I do? Shall I go to the apple care to repair/replace it? or go back to SingTel?
    2) I head from friend that the singapore iphone model is always end with ZA, if I replace my phone will I get back the same Singpore orginal ZA version or it will be some refribushed version from USA such as model end with LL from  AT&T?
    3) where can I get a official copy of the country vs iphone model from apple website?

    You address it with whomever provides service in your country... whether that is Apple or the carrier.

    Seriously?  Why in the world would Apple ship a carrier locked AT&T iPhone to Singapore to replace your device?  Apple, or the carrier that provides warranty service provides replacements appropriate for your country.  They do not ship warranty replacements around the world.
    Also, I think your friend is full of manure.  iPhone model numbers do not vary around the world, at least I've never seen or heard of that sillyness.

    Bottom line... ignore your friend (they obviously have no clue what they are talking about) and contact your carrier or Apple in Singapore and address the warranty replacement with them.

  • Network Place to SharePoint 2010 unable to access sub sites with error: "The folder may have been moved or deleted".

    I am working on SharePoint 2010 Enterprise and had recently upgraded our site from Sharepoint 3.0 Services to SharePoint 2010 Enterprise.  Everything seems to be working fine for the site, but there is one issue.  The problem I am running into
    is when I create a Network Place, I am able to view the documents and lists of the main page, but if I click on a folder for a sub site, I get the following error:
    "Documents in this folder are not available.  The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server.  There is a problem with the web server.  Please try again later or contact the
    server administrator."
    If there were a network issue, I would not be able to navigate around on the main page to lists and document libraries.  This seems to affect all of the sub sites on my site.  Explorer view works if that information is required and I do not get
    error messages using Explorer view.

When I tried to change my network settings an annoying popup window says "your network settings have been changed by another application'. I have no idea what the message is all about and when I close this window it immediately pops up again and prevents me -as far as I can tell -from changing my Airport settings?  I need advice on how to get this wireless setup done. Maybe a reset? or something else? I have the DSL phone line plugged into WIndsteam Seimens Speedstream 4200 modem and then the ethernet (yellow) wire from the WIndsteam Seimens Speedstream 4200 modem to the port on the dome that is a circle of dots.

    1)Can you explain how using the AEBS as a bridge will work with the Seimens Speedstream4200?
    As a bridge, the AEBS will basically become a wireless access point. This will allow the AEBS to provide a wireless network, but still allow the Speedstream to provide NAT & DHCP services for the wireless clients connected to the AEBS. If the AEBS was left as a router, you would have a double-NAT condition which isn't necessary bad in itself, but would create a second subnet. That would make it more difficult for clients connected to the AEBS to access clients connected to the Speedstream.
    2) Is there a link that will guide me through the steps to set the AEBS as a bridge?
    You can easily reconfigure the AEBS as a bridge using the AirPort Utility.
    ref: AirPort Utility > Select the AEBS > Manual Setup > Internet > Internet Connection > Connection Sharing = Off (Bridge Mode)
    3)Can I just connect the DSL phone line to the AEBS and eliminate the Speedstream4200?
    Unfortunately no. The AEBS does not have a built-in DSL modem. You will still need the Speedstream to provide this function.
