I bought my Ipad in the UK. I live in Spain. I have installed and updated my apps frequently. However, the last 8 updates will not install. I keep getting a message that my account is not valid in the Spanish store and to open a UK one. Help
Question. I live in Spain but am English and have used the English store to buy apps in £, and also updated apps with no problem. Suddenly I seem to have been switched to a Spanish store and it will not update anything, there is no list under my 'purchases' (eg. Music) and the apps are priced in euros. Why has this happened and how can I get my apps back??.
You need to switch back to your own store.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store

Why do I keep getting a message that my ical is not connected when I try to sync my ipod touch with my mac book?
It sounds as if your account has been compromised. I would recommend logging into those accounts from your computer and their websites and changing your password.

- What cable re you using? Digitasl, VGA, composit, componet and who made it?
- TV out only works with apps that support it. It does not morror the iPod's screen

I have an iPad and I have no problem receiving mail. My outgoing mail won't send. It makes the sending noise but get a message saying cant send server doesn't support relaying
Sounds like the problem I have. If you are using your iPad and you are out of range of your ISP your iPad looks for your network but seeing you are out of range it will not allow you to transmit on your netwrok. Hope this makes sense.

Please tell me how to fix this
First off, which nano? The 6th doesn't do video, and while I've never tried a TV show or movie, I have loaded some short video podcasts, which will play the audio, but not the video.
I'd look through the different tabs in iTunes to see if there is a checkbox that turns on the ability to use video on your 5th or earlier Nano, if that's what you have. Lastly, did you buy the show from the iTunes store, or somewhere else? -
I can make album purchases, etc. and I have no gift card balance, but it won't let me buy an email gift card to send to my neice (whose iTunes account also uses my credit card).

I can't access the internet using my home wi-fi. My wi-fi is working on my home computer, and the itouch can access the internet at another person's home using their wi-fi. I've looked in the settings, and can't seem to see any differences.....i'm a techno dummy - so please respond in very basic info
Before resetting try restarting. Or you can go to Settings from the home screen > Wi-Fi > your network and scroll down to 'Renew Lease' and press that. When you do you should see a button labeled 'Renew Lease?' and another labeled 'Cancel'. Select 'Renew Lease'.
You can either back out of that screen back to the home screen or just use the return button to go back to the home screen. Then select Safari and see if you can hook in.
I have to go through that process every five or ten minutes or so when in the second story of our house - weak router signal up there. -
Whin I try and long into the icloud, I get a message that my Apple ID is valid, but the it is not an icloud account, how can I make it one?

After moving from Canada to the US, getting a new iPhone 5C, and restoring my backup from iCloud, I can't update my apps. I get an error message that my account is not valid in the Canadian App store and I must change to the US store. How do I do that?

You must have a verified billing address & be located in the country whose store you are trying to use. -
