I tried to change my country but a message says i have a store credit balance and must spend it before changing store. But how i can spend it i only have 8 cents left?
So how will i be able to purchase applications if i am in bahrain?

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.

I can get video on airplay anytime but i cannot get audio all the time. in sound output i select airplay but it only reverts back to internal speakers. same if i try earbuds. the only way to fix it is to restart computer. what do i do to fix it,
In case anyone has had the same problem as me, I have just managed to fix this by doing the following:
Switch off Mac
Switch back on in Safe Mode (Hit power button, then hold Shift key until a loading bar appears at the bottom of the screen).
Switch off Mac again
Remove power cord and wait 15 seconds
Plug power cord back in and hold down the keys alt, cmd, p, r all at the same time until you hear Starting chime for a second time and hopefully your audio will back. -

Start with the first article to troubleshoot the issue of not getting mail on your iPad. When you get online using safari, check to see if you can log into webmail. Also keep in mind, depending on the account that mail sometimes might not come in if it is a POP account as it may have already been download elsewhere.

Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly when you created the account ? They worked for me yesterday on my computer's iTunes when I tried them in response to another thread.
e.g. I logged out of my existing account and found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price'

I am trying to get through to my representative in Irland regarding my MacBook Pro, he gave me the number 0800 2775 2775 to ring, however it is telling me the number does not exist. He sent me this number in a letter along with my case number and asked me to ring them. They didn't give an email address and I feel they are frankly making it impossible for me to contact anyone.
I live in London, does anyone know what is going on and why Apple would give me a number that doesn't exist or if I am doing something wrong? So far I have been trying to get hold of a person directly to deal with my issue for almost two months.
I am feeling very deflated.

I want to cancel Creative Cloud ... but can't get through to the gatekeepers
Like so many others I've been tearing my hair out in an effort to cancel Creative Cloud, which has never worked on my computer.
I tried the 1-800 number, but after costing me a lot of money (due to long waits and a per-minute charge on my phone plan) the line dropped part way into the conversation. I have since left a forum message some days ago with and Adobe employee (Rajshree) who seems to be the one person on earth able to implement a cancellation, but she has not responded.
It's infuriating that you can sign up without even trying but that it's so hard to get out of your subscription. As a loyal customer who has given many thousands of dollars to Adobe over the years, I'm saddened to report that in the course of this ordeal I have gone from loving the company to regarding it as despicably devious.

To answer your question, yes I used the same email address for Adobe registration and chat support. It never would have occurred to me that using just one address would render the system unworkable, but frankly at this point nothing would surprise me. It'd be nice if somebody could fix that.
Now that I've reached you, PLEASE CANCEL MY CREATIVE CLOUD ACCOUNT as I have requested. Email me if necessary. You have my email in the system. But please don't instruct me to go to some forum I can't get into. this is the only one I can find, and the pop-up says you are staff.
Since I never used it, and since I have spent countless frustrating hours trying to get through by phone and internet, I hope you will have mercy and not charge me any more than the hundreds I have already paid for Creative Cloud. Indeed, a full reimbursement seems reasonable to me given that I could never get it to work on my computer, and I could never reach support.
Having said that, let me make it clear that I WANT OUT ... now and forever.

Hi. I posted this on December 1st and am still waiting for a response after a failed attept with chat.
When my clients are making an order, the CCV field, even though it is marked as required, they can actually place an order without entering the CCV. I’d like the CCV to be required. A chat rep said Pay Pal and BC don’t require a CCV, but I would like it to be there for extra security.
I’ve put the correct webform under Module tempaltes > online layouts > registration buy using both html and module insert methods to test it. Neither worked.
The rep gave me this code to put at the bottom of my web form (note this is just the bottom of the web form field code as the top and middle have nothing to do with CCV). The bold text is the extra text that is supposed to make the CCV required.
It works. This code does render a CCV requirement for direct credit card transactions on site. Problem is, if a client selects Pay Pal in my checkout as their choice and clicks "Place Order" a Pop up window appears telling them they must enter their CCV. So its being required for direct CC on site and offsite for Pay Pal. Of course a CCV shouldn’t needed on that screen if a client wants to pay by going to the Pay Pal website.
So I was wondering if you could help me modify the code so that the CCV code IS required for direct credit card purchases on my site, but when a client wants to use Pay Pal, that the CCV required field pop up does NOT appear and the client can be taken to Pay Pal to compete their order. As I said in that other post, The code you get from the registration form has a condition on the radio options, none of the fields for credit card become required if you choose paypal.
EG:

Can someone please help me? I have been trying to get my phone activated since Saturday and Verizon keeps telling me that they cannot do it because their system is still was being updated or is down so to call in the morning becuase it should be up and running. I recently bought an iphone3GS from USA and jail broke it. Since I heard the there are lots of disadvantages I thought to unlock it officially through the original owner (in copy). He assisted me and confirmed that he unlocked it with AT& T (See the attachment). According to the instructions I restored the phone. But it is not activating with “Activation server is currently not available, please try again or try with iTunes”
When I try with iTunes , it says “you haven’t inserted a SIM” even though I insert the original AT&T SIM.
My current location is Sri Lanka ,so don’t have any apple support.
