If you purchased the phone from a person, you need to find out which carrier they used and go to them to see if the will unlock it. If you purchased it from a carrier, give them a call to see what they will do.
Just like atlantabrave said...Apple does not unlock phones.

Way can't i do this now? Last year I would turn into creativeLive and watch tutorials on my tv using my Apple TV screening from my iPad . This was great. And allowed me to move around while learning. After Maverick that service disappear, I went into the apple store where I lived and they thought it was creativeLive not brought casting. But I have tutorials I have purchased that should be able to screen aren't showing up either. Are it's amazing what going to the apple classes can do for you, lol the problem was air play has turned off no doubt when the upgrades were done, but thanks to the training apple gave me I was able to reason the problem out yah! I love my apple.

AT&T has not as of yet announced any plans to unlock an iPhone that was purchased as locked to them. Whether or not they will do so in the future, only AT&T would know, and they probably will not say unless and until they're ready to make an official announcement. There is nothing Apple can do for you in this matter unless you are still within the timeframe for returning the iPhone.

Since it is only the headset that is the problem and not the iPhone it would be better to just buy a new set and not let yourself be frustrated over it. If you send anything to your sister before the one-year warranty is over, include the headset so she can exchange it at an Apple store.

If you purchased an unlocked iPhone, sold in the US only by Apple themselves directly, contact your carrier and ask if they support iPhones and if so just sign up. If you purchased a locked iPhone, which you would get if you purchased from anyone other than Apple, then you would have to contact the cell carrier to whom the phone is locked and ask if they would unlock the iPhone.

and to activate it should i have t-mobile sim ?As Ethmoid says, it is still a CDMA phone as I told you earlier, and it will not work with t-mobile. Even if Sprint unlocked the phone, it would only unlock the GSM side for international use. They will not unlock the GSM side for domestic use in the US.

Because an iPhone warranty is only good in the country of purchase. You will have to take it back to the USA or send it to someone there to have them take it to an Apple store.

You can make a Book and have a photo on one side and your text description on the other.

Have you synced this phone, with iTunes, while the passcode was enabled? If so, plug it in, iTunes running, & hit the Restore button on the Summary Pane. This will also erase the phone.
However, if you have not synced, while the passcode was enabled, you will not be able to do this without first enereting the passcode. If that's the case, try recovery mode:

There is a possibility that the DVD/CD-ROm drives driver is old or has corrupted .Please open the device manager , update or reinstall the driver to have a check.

Only your carrier can unlock a phone, if they even allow that. The two major carriers in the US, for example, do not unlock iphones under any circumstances. If not in the US, visit your carrier (or call them up) to find out what their policy is.
