This is not a common occurrence. You should make an appointment at an Apple Store to have the phone checked.

Just transfer them from iTunes.
If they are not in iTunes. connect the iPod, then File > Devices > Transfer purchases.
Then connect the iPhone and sync these songs.

Apple wouldn't replace it. Since you replaced your rear glass im assuming you know a little something on how to open the iPhone. Go ahead and order a new Charge port flex cable (it runs the home button as well) Unless the home button has damaged under the "dome" you wouldnt need to replace that cable unless you really have too.

So I dropped my iphone 4 in the pool and i put it in rice. I took it out and all i got was a flashing apple logo screen. I now can get it to work but the screen still flickers constantly and shuts off randomly. How do u fix this?

How long did you let it try in raw rice? How much chorine was in the pool?
If all else fails make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and do an out-of-warranty replacement for $149 USD.

My iphone 4s keeps glitching and shutting off. It only does this when using face time and just started about 3 days ago with no "events" prior to this. Running current update and have not been experiencing any problems. Phone is 7 months old.

You need to use the credentials for the iCloud account that was used to turn on the Find my iPhone service.
If you can't remember yours, you can recover it here: https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid
If you've been walking around for 2 years with someone else's account set up for Find my iphone, then you'll have to get hold of that individual. If you can't, there is no way to bypass activation lock.

It sounds like you are unable to backup your phone after moving the mobile sync folder from its default location. If moving it back manually does not resolve the issue, I would next use either of the following articles to remove iTunes from your computer and then re install it. The articles outline the proper order to remove them in, and step by step instructions:

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

The iPhone warranty is not international and as you purchased in
Malaysia the warranty is only valid in Malaysia
You could try taking to an iPhone Authorised service provider
in India but there have been many similar posts to yours
and I am not aware of them assisting with an iPhone from
outside India

To clarify for anyone who is still having any problems doing this.
1. Unlock your phone with the carrier ( I know the process will work if it is jail broken but I am assuming you dont want to void the warranty on your phone) NOTE: even if you purchased the phone outright at Wal-Mart it is still locked to ATT so you will have to unlock the phone. If it's already unlocked skip to step 2. This works and will work even if you update the phone.

2. Get a T- mobile SIM. Even if you don't want the service, if you feign interest, they will send you one for free or 99cents. If you need it now you can get one at a T-mobile store too.

Now all my data from my old phone is lost including some really important things. Also before that iTunes wouldn't let me sync my iPhone 5s data to my new iPhone 6 Plus, saying that the data is corrupt, that's where all this trouble started. I've been trying to back-up the old phones data so I can access it, but it's been replaced when ever I plug the new phone in, and no the 'sync automatically when connected' is not ticked. Your iCoud account remains in iCloud even if your device is restored. (In fact, you can't delete an iCloud account from iCloud, you can only choose to stop using it.) If the device is restored, or it may no longer be signed into your iCloud account but your account will still exist in iCloud.

It sounds like your iPhones may be using a new feature in iOS 8 called Continuity. The following article and information explains how to set up this feature for phone calls. You can review the information on the setup to reverse this effect. My suggestion would be to turn off FaceTime on one of the devices.

Phone calls
With Continuity, you can make and receive cellular phone calls from your iPad, iPod touch, or Mac when your iPhone is on the same Wi-Fi network.
To make and receive phone calls, here's what you need:
Sign in to the same iCloud account on all your devices, including your Mac.
Your iPhone and your iPad or iPod touch need to use iOS 8 or later. Your Mac needs to use OS X Yosemite.
All devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
All devices must be signed in to FaceTime using the same iCloud account. This means any device that shares your Apple ID will get your phone calls. Look below for instructions on how to turn off iPhone cellular calls.
Wi-Fi Calling needs to be off. Go to Settings > Phone. If you see Wi-Fi Calling, turn it off.

I tried to reset settings but it didn't seem to help much. Then I read a few posts about deleting my email accounts and recreating them, and that actually seemed to help a bit. Now the only time I notice it gets heated up is when I am either on whatsapp or Instagram...that's it!
