Settings > iTunes & App Stores
Tap on your Apple ID at the top
Tap "View Apple ID"
Enter password if needed
Tap "Country/Region"
Tap "Change Country or Region"
You may need to change to a UK credit card.

Since it is only the headset that is the problem and not the iPhone it would be better to just buy a new set and not let yourself be frustrated over it. If you send anything to your sister before the one-year warranty is over, include the headset so she can exchange it at an Apple store.

As it is a US iPhone you have NO warranty or any post warranty support for the iPhone outside the US
The warranty and post warranty support is NOT international
you will certainly NOT be able to change ,for a more suiatable model

My iMessage stopped working when I did the latest update on my phone. I have literally tried everything to reset it. I am currently not in the US, but my iMessage has always worked when I was in wifi and my phone is still activated. I have tried to reset my network settings, my location, and even the reset all settings. When I click on my settings and iMessage it says that it is still waiting for activation... and my phone number is grayed out. I am able to recieve an iMessage to my email and that could work for right now but i'm not sure how to start a conversation the defaults to being sent from my email and not my cell phone number. please help!

Really strange problem you have there. I have a few questions though.
Please try again and try to make the phone as a new without restoringen with you iCloud-data or backup-data from iTunes. Maybe it is something wrong with the data (strange).
Anyway, i think you should call Apple Support or visit an Apple Store, don't forgot to make a Genius Bar reservation.

I have been trying to download gifts, Apples says I need to upgrade to the latest version of iTunes. I have the most current version of iTunes. What's up? Is there a work around for this? Thanks!

I'm not really sure what you did, however you can only purchase apps from the App Store not from individual websites. I've taken a look at the website myself and it does direct you to the App Store, is this what happened for you. -
I changed my Apple ID on my MacBook. My new Iphone5 seems to have my old Apple ID on it. Therefore I can't download apps. How do I 1) remove the old Apple ID on my Iphone and 2) install the new ID on the phone.
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1311 Just remember apps that were downloaded with the old Apple ID will be locked to that ID. It will ask for the old ID password when trying to update.

To sync with an iPhone you have to be running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 or higher on an Intel Mac.

so it sounds like the device software update completed OK, but you can't connect to your cell provider. One immediate thing you can do is a restart/reset. My experience has been sometimes this will "kick in" connection to the cellular service.

Next, I'd call your cell provider. It doesn't sound like a hardware issue, so my experience with VZW has been they won't charge you at the store. But try the restart/reset first, and call VZW data support. -

If you are not able to download or install iTunes due to insufficient priviliges, make sure that you are logged into your computer as an administrator:
