I bought PE 13 italian, but want now to have/use PE13 english due to better doc/material available

I have product key for Photoshop Elements 13 and Premeier Elements 13 italian versions. Now...
the PDF manuals in italian are stuck to ver11, while english pdf manuals are updated to ver13; I also bought an Adobe book - PSE13 classroom in a book - that teaches how to learn and use this product. It's in english and panels, names, functions, objects are referred in english, so I would like to have now the english versions of these products and no longer italian versions.
What should I do?
Are product keys I bought for italian versions valid? Can I use them without any faults and/or legal problems?

This is really difficult to the point of not really worth it.
Keep the old TM backups in archive.. and start afresh on the TC.
Time Machine has a different way of backing up on Network drives cf Local drives.
Pondini does have a method to do it... but I would not recommend it.

1. iTunes (the application on your Mac) can be in English - it generally follows what your Mac's preferences are.
2. iTunes store or App Store (where you buy apps, music, films etc) - by default you will be sent to the French store if you are geographically connecting from France. This is only in French (except for the outer level menus) and priced in euros and has different stuff available for purchase or rent than the UK or US store.
You can change your account preferences to choose the UK store, but you need a billing address in the UK. Then you can use the UK store. You can browse the UK store without a UK account but you can't buy anything.
So basically if you are English-speaking but living in France, you have no choice but to read French on the site and choose from the few VO and VOST (original version and subtitled) films that are on offer. I believe there are other options as stated above if you have a pre-purchased card.

You could always READ the article from which the question was posted as it explictily details how to find the IMEI and several other identifying numbers. Including ways to find them in iTunes without the phone.

Archiving to DVD, but want it for later use

I have read a number of posts about archiving footage, but either I am daft or my specific concerns haven't quite been answered.
I have a number of short clips (20-25 minutes) that have filled up my hard drive. They are all above DVD storage limitations, but I need to take them off. However, I am not totally done with them. I may want to re-edit some of them later.
The other posts seem to suggest my only options are re-exporting them to tape or getting an external hard drive.
Is there no other way?

What other way are you looking for???
Back up methods:
1) Back up tape drives. Most reliable, extremely cost ineffective for individual use.
2) Back up video to miniDV tape. Best option to archive video material. Cost effective but time consuming.
3) Use hard drives. Depending on the frequency of needing hard drives, purchasing a hot swappable case can be beneficial. Hard drives are inexpensive per GB, the fastest of all options, and fairly reliable.
4) Optical Media. The least reliable of the back up options. Time consuming sorting and burning media. Cost per GB is comparable to hard drives but seems less expensive as you can by a spindle of 20 discs for less than a hard drive.
If there is another back up option, I don't know of it!

i bought a whole season on itunes on my friends laptop. but is there anyway i can watch it on mine? cant i just log into my account on my laptop and it should be there right???
im only asking as im in oz right now at my mates and i will want to watch it when i get back to england!!!

No, your purchases aren't stored on an Apple server that you could access from any computer. You can only download them once. You would have to transfer it to your computer. You can burn your purchases to data DVDs (they won't play in a DVD player) or use an external hard drive.

You'll want a separate iCloud account for each user in addition to the main Apple ID used for purchases.

The only thing that is now 'shared' would be iTunes content (apps and other purchases), backups via iCloud (if enabled), and Photo Stream (if enabled).

Well my first guess was wrong. The line that failed is the one that writes out the image to disk. I've not revisited the code for that script for ages, but it seems I did add in an extra test for missing files a little while later, then forgot to upload the change. I can reproduce the error message if I deliberately rename a file to confuse iTunes so that seems the most likely reason for your problem with the script. I've uploaded a new build of CreateFolderArt which should work better.
See FindTracks for a tool to repair broken links. You should probably get that issue fixed first.
