Hey, I seem to not be able to find my Adobe Photoshop serial number on the box I bought it in, and I still have all the packaging and yet I can't find it
Where might this number be found ?

It's on the sleeve protecting the installation CD or DVD.

I had the Photoshop 12 trial version and wanted to upgrade to Photoshop Elements 13, I got the serial number but I can't find where to download the program at. On the screen beside the serial number it says it is not applicable. Normally that is where the download button is.

STOLEN MacBook Pro and cannot find my serial number for the device is there anyway else I could locate it because I have used find my iPhone to locate device but it is not registered even tho I have used the same app to locate my phone on my laptop.

The only way you can find it is using Find My Mac (or iPhone or whatever). Knowing your serial number does not help except if the police finds it and needs to identify it as yours.
If you didn't turn on the Find My Mac service (System Preferences>icloud), then you can't track it.

There is no serial number for CC Cloud versions. They are authenticated via your Adobe ID.
Sign in to your Cloud account with your Adobe ID and download the software via the Cloud app.

I tunes will find it by itself during the install process. It is in settings if you want to know what it is, but you do not need it for the install process.

Does your serial number have 24 digits starting with 1057?

restart you computer and use finder to check for downloaded/installed files.

I need the program and because I have opened the box it can't be returned to the store. I have over $100 tied up in this product that I can't use. Someone said install the free trial version...Ok, I did...but it is just a 30 day trial and I want the full version of the product I paid for!! So how do I get a valid serial number? The serial number on the box and the redemption code card both come up as invalid. Not a very happy customer right now!!

you need your serial number. you used your redemption number to redeem your serial number.
if you don't know your serial number, check the account used to purchase or register your pse 12, Adobe ID

After I successfully install the adobe photoshop elements 12 for mac, I try to open organizer and a window pops up that says
"Adobe Elements 12 Organizer cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Adobe Elements 12 Organizer works with this version of Mac OSX. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and Mac OSX. Click report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."
I have checked for any updates on my Mac and it is up to date.
I have tried reloading and am still getting the same result.
I can open Editor, but not Organizer.
I am running Mac OSX version 10.6.2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor with 4 GB memory, all standard stuff that came in the computer and I have no security software running when I do this.
Any idea why it is not working?
