I bought photoshop elements 9 a while ago want to install it now on my mac and am running into all kinds of trouble....
I have installed and uninstalled 4 times already! Need an ADOBE person to walk me through... is there help out there?
Heske do you receive any specific errors when you are trying to install Photoshop Elements 9?

Where can I re-download my online product?
If you bought it thru a download from Adobe then you should be able to find a link in your Adobe account online.
You can also download the trial version and use your serial number to activate it to full use.

Bought iWork 09 family pack a while ago, want to install on new laptop
I bought iWork family pack a couple years (or so) ago and have it installed on a couple Macs. We just got a new (used) MacBook and we want to put iWork on it, but I can't find any way to do that (without paying for it). Any help? Running 10.6.8 and good with it for now. Any help appreciated!

I bought photoshop elements 11 on disc. Im trying to download it to my MAC via the serial number, says it is invalid. I know its valid, as I've already used this version on my PC. Im on MAC at the moment.
I bought from Amazon. The PC disc works fine on my PC, but when I try to load the MAC version on my iMac, it says the serial number is invalid. It's Elements Version 11 by the way.

I bought Photoshop Elements 11 a few years ago, I installed it on my pc using the CD it came with, I now have a MAC (with no disk slot) and Im wondering if and how I can install it on here using my serial number or if I have to purchase a new one?

How do i update my Mac App store bought Photoshop Elements?
How do i update my Mac App store bought Photoshop Elements 9? Adobe says Apple handles updates, no updates were ever issued via App Store. Manual downloads on adobe.com results in Patch not compatible on both a security/bug fix update to PE9 and Camera Raw 6.5 update that adds more supported cameras.
All together, it means i have 80$ of useless software that doesn't support new camera models. Not happy.For some reason, Adobe pulled Photoshop Elements 9 from the Mac App Store. It may be related to the fact they released version 11 just 6 days ago? (Note that I'm checking right now and in the US app store - other county app stores may differ.)
In any case, because it is no longer existing, you won't be able to get any future updates. If I were you, I'd contact Adobe and specifically ask why they removed the app from the App Store, preventing their users from downloading any updates in the future. -

I bought photoshop elements in the Itunes store, can I get the PC version for free or at a discount? I'm about to migrate back to PC and I'd love to not have to buy the program again. I'm not sure how it works though since I bought it through the Itunes app store, not adobe directly. Am I out of luck?
Theoretically you can use the itunes version to qualify for adobe's upgrade discount, but that's it. All download versions are single platform. And in many countries the street price of the full version of PSE is less than adobe's upgrade price, so it's usually not worth pursuing that. However, if you wish to, I'm told you use your apple ID as your serial number when asked. I don't know anyone who's done this, so I don't know how well it really works.

I just bought photoshop elements 13 last night. Today I am watching tutorial videos to show me how to use it, but the videos are showing me things I don't have. Asking me to click on tabs i don't have. Why is this? Is there another way I can learn? Or is my download messed up and not giving me everything I need?

Just bought Photoshop Elements 13...I'm trying to make a slideshow but can't figure out how to alter duration time that the slide is on the screen. They presently move from one to another way too quickly...also need a different pan and zoom option. Where are all the options I had in PS10? Also...Can I burn this to a DVD?
The changes have brought improvements but also drawbacks compared with the old slideshow editor.
The templates are now fairly fixed but I find the “Classic Dark” gives reasonable results with some panning and you can click the audio button and browse you PC for any track. Unfortunately there are only three speed choices linked to the music track. The improvement for most people is that you can now export to your hard drive at 720p or 1080p and upload to sites like YouTube and Vimeo. -
I bought Photoshop Elements 12 and I cannot install it..It says invalid serial number and says invalid Redemption Code when I try that way. I need the program and because I have opened the box it can't be returned to the store. I have over $100 tied up in this product that I can't use. Someone said install the free trial version...Ok, I did...but it is just a 30 day trial and I want the full version of the product I paid for!! So how do I get a valid serial number? The serial number on the box and the redemption code card both come up as invalid. Not a very happy customer right now!!
