I bought season pass for almost human and the idiots at customer service tell me i did not due the purchase history which i already stated in my original complaint  my money was taken but no go  what the heck going on this not very helpful

as you can see i presssed the  button yet purchase historty says different what happened ? customer service not helpful  so far and not grasping the problem i am complaining thinking i did not pay for season when obvisouly i pressed the button so what heck ?

It's now nearing the end of April, and 'Almost Human' is not due for airing in the UK until Tues 6th May 2014, and not available for purchase until after the UK airing.  I rather suspect you have your iTunes account set-up as 'US' where the season pass has been available, and you purchased it from there (as is displayed in your screenshot - 'TV-14' is the US channel).  You cannot 'cheat' the system that way, and get early 'viewings' hoping to get away with it.  You have nothing to complain about.
If you had purchased iTunes would have despatched you a recipt and that should be in your mail history.
I have well over 200 movies, about 300 TV episodes, and many thousands of music tracks on iTunes, the iTunes help desk - when I have needed them less than 5 times in about 8 years have been very helpful.  They do not deserve to be 'rounded' upon with criticism like this.

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.     I bought a season pass for eight episodes of the tv show World's Toughest Trucker. Discovery cancelled the show after four episodes. My purchase was made after the show had been cancelled but I didn't know that at the time. The missing four episodes do exist, as the show was produced and shown in the UK. Help.

    Considering the hundreds of people that use this forum and likely bought a season today alone it really isn't an unanswerable question. However I'll take the lack of an answer as ineptitude rather than ignorance.

    I haven't purchased a season pass since the strike started, but if I paid for a season and ended up paying more for a season pass than I would have paid purchasing the episodes individually, then I would contact iTunes support or at least send feedback.
    The last time I purchased a season pass that fell short in episodes I received an email from Apple that gave me credit for videos from the iTunes store without even dealing with the feedback system or customer service.
    Did you contact Apple regarding the season pass for Desperate Housewives Season 4? That's what? Around 6 or 7 episodes that you overpaid for.
    If you aren't satisfied with your previous experience with a season pass during the strike period then contact Apple before spending more money on another pass, if one should become available.

  • I bought a Season Pass for Bones Season 9, and now the only episode is the most recent one. I can not redownload any of the previous episodes. Help!

    I cannot download my previous episodes of Bones. I purchased a season pass for the 9th season. I had to reset my iTunes library, and now I can't redownload the episodes. It gives me a a price for the previous episodes. And on the left corner where there is usually a price on Season pass. It says purchased, but I still have to pay $2.99 for the previous episodes.   • PLEASE help!! I use Outlook for my email and the Mail App Icon in my dock was also storing all my emails. So, I tried to delete ONLY the emails in the Mail App but somehow (under Preferences maybe?) I also deleted all my emails in my Outlook inbox.

    PLEASE help!! I use Outlook for my email and the Mail App Icon that is in my dock, that I know nothing about, was also storing all my emails. So, I tried to delete ONLY the emails in the Mail App but somehow (under Preferences maybe?) I also deleted ALL my OUTLOOK emails in my inbox.  Can someone please please tell me if there is a way to get my Outlook inbox emails back OR EVEN the emails that were in my Mail app - because even tho I never use the Mail app, at least the emails would be there.
    When I was trying to delete the emails in my inbox for the Mail app - I followed THESE directions.  It did in fact clear my inbox for the Mail app.  But then I went to log on to my Outlook account and EVERY SINGLE EMAIL was gone.  And not in the Deleted box.  Just gone.  Here are the directions I followed that screwed everything up.  Please help.
    Top menu bar, Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Mailbox Behaviors.
    Uncheck "Store deleted messages on the server".
    At the drop list for "Permanently erase deleted messages when", choose "Quitting Mail".
    Next...
    Top menu bar, Mail > Preferences > General.
    At "When searching all mailboxes, include results from", uncheck "Trash".
    Select All = command A

    i found out my prob!
    here is what you do.
    go to the "system preferences" on your dock.
    click "software updates".
    click "installed software"
    if it shows something about a recent update about "EFI UPDATE, FIRMWARE, THUNDERBOLT" or anything like that, exit out of it.
    go to mail.
    click "mail" at the top.
    click "preferences...".
    find the account you are having trouble with, once you do, make sure its highlighted, then click the "-" at the bottom of the window (this will only effect that mail account, it will not effect your ical weather or not its synced thought that email account)
    hit the "+" (right next to the "-") and add your accout back!
    its something with that update that effected mail, i hope this works out for you, if not reply back

    Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
    First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
    Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
    When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!
    I hope this helps, because it was incredibly frustrating. Good luck!

    If you downloaded it to your Mac you don't watch it on your ATV unless you are using home sharing. Otherwise, you can stream it from your ATV directly from the store... which means you somewhat download it twice.

    We are all just fellow users here and have no more idea than you do why any given item is not available. It's almost certainly an issue of rights, since the iTunes Store can sell only what they can license, but why ABC cannot or will not grant the rights is something no one here will know.
