I bought the Ipad 2 with another man, and decided to reinstall IOS7 and now I require activation Apple ID which I don `t know. With a host of Ipad contact can not answer the email.
Please help me. Thank you.

Then you have a problem. The Apple ID and Password that was used to Originally Activate the Device is required. Without it you will not be able to use the Device.

i have googled this issue, and it seems that a lot of people had the same problem with the ipad mini and they all got replacements. however I live in Curaçao and I also have applecare for this product. Where do I send it to to get a replacement. I have another Ipad, which doesn't have any connection problem at all at none of the hotspots. So it must be de ipad mini. I bought it in London UK a couple of weeks ago!
It really is not an option to have to configure routers at hotspots wherever I travel. And I did not buy it to use only at home! -

You can create a new shared iCloud account as your primary iCloud account in Settings>iCloud, which you can use for backups, photo stream, Find My iPad and for syncing bookmarks and documents & data. Then set up your two personal iCloud accounts as secondary accounts by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>tap Add Account>iCloud, and entering your separate iCloud account IDs. Use thes secondary accounts to sync Mail & Notes, Contacts and Calendars. This will allow you to keep your data in you secondary accounts separated rather than merged (although you will still be able to view each other's data on the shared iPad). What problems arise when syncing the iPad with another laptop with iTunes.
I have to use another laptop to sync with iTunes for my iPad. What problems arise ie. do I lose my music?

1) Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Click on Edit. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
2) Now connect your iPad to your laptop and start iTunes.
3) When iTunes starts, right click on your iPad under Devices in the left column. Select Transfer purchases etc.
4) After it finishes transferring all your apps to your new laptop, right click on your iPad and select Backup your iPad.
5) After it finishes backing up your iPad, right click on your iPad and select Restore etc.
6) After it finishes restoring, left click on your iPad , then click on the Apps tab on top, and check the box next to Sync Apps, then click on Apply below.
If everything on your iPad looks good after the sync, go back and click on Edit / Preferences / Devices and UN-check the box next to Prevent your iPod etc. The only other thing you may want to check is if your contacts, bookmarks, etc. are syncing correctly now. If not, go to the Info tab after connecting and make sure you indicate which features you want to sync with what sources.
That should do it. -

It should be an iPad 4 if you bought it direct from Apple (though that will depend upon what country that you are in as it hasn't been released in all yet). What type of connector does it have ? If it has the smaller lightning connector then it's an iPad 4, if it's the old style 30-pin connector then it's an iPad 3 - you can also type in the serial number (Settings > General > About > Serial Number) in on this page and that should tell you : https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do

If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must contact the previous owner to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the previous owner return the device to where you bought it and get a refund. You will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

Yes, but that has nothing to do with the cloud.
It is simply wifi syncing between your computer and iPad over your local wifi network -
