hi there i just bought my ipod touch 5th just today and tot thet would put the loop wrist strap in but it does not come in just wandering where can i get the wrist loop strap

I think in Steve's keynote address he said they were shipping today with the apps, but he didn't say much about the units that are in stores already. Good luck trying to get the apps for free, but don't hold your breath. You could always try and return the unit from the place of purchase when they receive the ones with the new applications, or just pay the $20 if you really want them.

Ipod touch charges but Macbook does not recognize
I have had my Ipod touch for about one year but have not hooked it up to the computer for awhile now. I went to sync it to itunes today and it would not do anything. I am using the latest version of Itunes, my firewire cable and port is working fine as the Ipod charges when it is hooked up. I really don't know what else to try. Any suggestions?
Thanks.Yeah I was using the old firewire cable that came with my old 2nd generation Ipod. Unfortunately I lost the USB cable it came with, guess I'll have to buy a new one. Thanks for the help though.

The announcement Ready for BIOS update does not come with T4400c !
I downloaded the Bios. I accomplished this steps
1 Extract the zip file containing the BIOS upgrade to a formatted floppy disk (please see note below regarding which type of disk to use).
2 Ensure the Notebook is connected to the mains.
3 Turn the Notebook off.
4 Turn the Notebook on with the F12 key. Keep the key pressed until a short beep can be heard.
The announcement Ready for BIOS update comes not and does not get ahead not.

Did you download really the compatible and right BIOS?
I have checked Toshiba driver page and I have found BIOS version 1.00 and 1.2.
As in the Toshiba document described you have to use the Update procedure 7.
If it doesnt work so in my opinion you have used wrong BIOS. -

ThanksIf you just purchased this then you should go back to the iStore to get a new copy since they are responsible for providing the package with the serial number intact. If this is an old purchase then you should check your Adobe account online to see if the serial number is available as a result of registering the product.

No way for us to know for sure (without similar product/issues) but the
HP Support site suggests that with the current Mavericks OS X 10.9.x
their drivers should be available through Apple Software Updates:

However that may be limited to certain models of printers or scanners that
already had been known to be working under OS X as of that date in a

You may be able to get a deal on a new printer as they are rapidly obsoleted.
PS: edit to add... there was a Gutenprint driver reference for T65 Printer here:

Yet a driver for ancient Leopard 10.5.x may not be suitable for Mavericks 10.9.x
but the Gutenprint lead may be helpful to locate whatever may exist; or not.

Did you do a backup before you did the iOS update. You should always do this in case of problems. Otherwise your data/files my be lost.

You can't download FaceTime. It is a preinstalled app. If you live an a country where it is restricted - that is why you do not have the app on the iPad.

If you bought the iPod touch from somebody and then you locked yourself out of it what should I do because the guy didn't give me his iTunes password?
Sounds like the Activation Lock (iOS 7) is working as designed. It determs theft since y have to know the APple ID's passward to use/restore the iPod foro use. Unless you can get the password you have a nice but thin brick. Likely the iPod was stolen
