i was starting to download the master collection CS6,
but i found that the adobe application manager is holding on when it is downloading the adobe help.
I tried to restart the computer and download the trial again,

You're not telling us anything about your system... I'm also not quite clear what you mean about the help files. Since the download is a compound archive, that part never comes into play until you install any of the apps... Clarify and provide more info.

I purchased the master collection. But I can't sign in to register the product. I am in China. I noticed that many other people has the same problem.

I purchased the master collection and installed it correctly. But I can't sign in with my adobe ID to register the product. And it says that the software will stop working after 1 week. I THINK I might have found out a fix. First, I went in and signed into iMessages, but left Facetime logged out. I then went in Settings and turned off FaceTime altoghter. Afterwards I went to ensure iMessages was still signed in (Paranoia perhaps lol). Then I went back in and re-enabled FaceTime. The information was inserted back in, but Caller ID for Facetime was unchecked, so I selected my email address instead of phone. And both have oddly been working fine and stayed signed in since. No password requests at all.
I have zero clue why this works, but it does. I only figured it out thanks to obcessive behavoir and inablilty to accept it was broken lol. Anyone else with the issue want to confirm if it works for them as well?

Thanks for your replay, but unfortunately this did not help me and the same error accord from a couple different computers i've tried for all the software links, though at one computer-only in Chrome browser the links worked and it downloaded the zipped file but the size where 1,568KB and it didn't work, in the same browser i tried downloading the Mac version and the file started downloading as well but this time the size where correct, but i own a PC with Windows so that's not helpful, so i tried downloading Illustrator file and it worked and the size where 100*.MB and the installer unpacked only language files with cd icon and no setup files.
On all other computers i got the message in Chrome as well as Firefox and Explorer.
Through Adobe Download Assistant i downloaded the Master Collection English version but i have no support for my native language and it's frustrating because It's not possible to download Middle Eastern versions through the Adobe Download Assistant so direct download is the only option but i think something is wrong with the links.

Master Collection CS6 Ready for Win 8?

Hi Guys
I'm using the Master Collection CS6.
I've seen pre-release sales are being taken for Win 8. From what I've seen here, although one or two have installed CS6 on a Win 8 machine for testing, there is no official confirmation that the MC is supported on Win 8. Is this right?
I'm thinking of upgrading but I'm anxious about buying the upgrade and spending time on installation if some or all of it falls over...

Oh, THAT problem, haha. Yeah, it's quite a nuissence. But that's been around before. I find it only really happens if an application is actively working when I undock my laptop. Say, I have a couple idle Windows Explorer windows open, they'll all fit just fine. Another issue is if when you undock, the total surface area of your windows is greater than that of your laptop native resolution. If you have just one fullscreen application running on the other monitor then it should move over without issues. At least from my own experiences.

If I uninstall Master Collection CS6 Trial will this affect my Prod Premium CS6 Suite

I recently purchased the Production Premium CS6 Suite. Prior to this I did a Master Collection CS6 Trial install. Now every time I click on a PDF, the MS Trial Ended window opens. My question is: if I uninstall the Master Collection cs6 trial, will this affect my Production Premium cs6 Suite???

dddavies, The reason for you getting that Trial window is that your Acrobat might be still associated with the Master Collection CS6 Trial. So, uninstalling Master Collection will be the right step. Either way, you can uninstall Master Collection CS6 trial at anytime. Doing that will not affect your Production Premium CS6 suite.
So, go for it.

I try to download Suite Master Collection CS6 but at the end there is an ERROR 101 it said that my C disck have no space I have free 25GB, my question is if I can download to my disc E because I have a lot of space in there. If the answer is yes can I leave it ther? or I have to free space in disc C and put it in program files?...help! and thanks

Error 101 usually comes up when there's a corruption in the software package.
Please try redownloading the package and then install. You can download the software on the E drive and then run the setup.exe file to install.

did ae install without problem? check the install logs to be sure (Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC)
if it did, what do you see when clicking the executable?
