I bought today the adobe complete subscription, but i can't download in the creative cloud.

I have a problem with my creative cloud. I bought it today. i tested after effects cc (2014). And when i'm going in the creative cloud there's always that my 30 days of free using is expired and i have to buy it. I can't understood this, cause i bought it and i received an e-mail that they received my money. Sorry for my horrible english. I hope someone of you can help me soon. By the way, i'm an Mac User..What else

Snuzzrebell I reviewed your account and your first and only activation request was performed this morning. I also have verified your membership is valid. Are the applications still opening in trial mode or have not been able to install any of the Adobe applications included with your membership?

Start by signing out and back in to see if it will see the subscription:

If the apps are installed fine and close after launch see this link:

Make sure you're using the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the movie for the iTunes Store on your PC. Check the Purchased section under Quick Links, on the right, and re-download from there

Absolutely. A proxy can prevent the software from downloading and installing.
I realize you have already purchased Lion from the App Store but a workaround in your case would be the thumb drive.

I can only guess about the reason... Firefox works with many websites' "rich text" editors, but ones that haven't been updated for five years may assume that Firefox is the old Netscape browser and use scripting techniques that don't work in Firefox.
If Verizon has a different "basic" or HTML editor that you can tolerate using, you could try that. It might not be subject to the same incompatibilities.
If I someday get a Verizon account, I will surely be looking into this further, but for now, it's hard to suggest anything else. -
Hi, I have a problem on the ipod with this file "metadata_never_index". My PC doesn't recognise it. I need the program Apple Spotlight but I can't download it as well. Why? Any solution?
I am not doing it in ITunes, but i did down load the song from ITunes. I loaded the song on to my Nano, but in my menu selections it doesn't show the song or the artist in any search format. However, when i plug in my nano to my PC I see the Nano library on my PC drive listings and that song and artist are there. I can click on the song and it will play in Windows media on my work PC. I did notice that the format for most all the songs in my library on my Nano are MPEG - 4 audio Files.

Just purchased the "Adobe Acrobat Pro" but now I cant download the software
I just paid $180.00 to purchase the "Adobe Acrobat Pro" After I provide all necessary information and set up an account, I was then instructed to download and install the software, however when I click on the software download button, it does NOT download the software. Why will it not download the software?
Assistanttolindsey the Adobe Download Assistant will download the installation files for Adobe Acrobat Professional XI. By default they are saved to your download folder. You can begin the installation process from there.

Apologies for poor syntax, my arm's a little sore. Yes, one computer (old) is vista, new is Windows 8. Shouldn't I be able to import the whole library using home sharing? Am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance
I am having the same issue. I recently purchased a new laptop and I have spent the last 3 days using the home share to slowly transfer all 22,000 songs. However yesterday morning when I turned on both computers to continue the process I am having the following issue:
both computers are running the same windows OS (8)
both computers are running the same version of itunes
both computers are logged in with the same apple ID
both computers have home sharing turned on
Now however I can see the NEW computers itunes library in the drop down box on the OLD computer, however I can not see the OLD computers itunes library on the NEW computer. I can no longer see "HOME SHARES" on the drop down LIBRARY list on the new computer. I've taken the following steps to correct the error:
reset the router
completely shut down BOTH computers and brought them back up
reopened itunes
re-logged in on both PC's
re-activated both PC's with home share
The articles and help from the apple sites are worthless and it says if you can't see a library just turn home sharing off then back on - I've completed the above steps NUMEROUS times. After spending 4 days on transferring my music I really do not want to have to start over by using an external hard drive and then importing that way. I would like some help on discovering why the new laptop is no longer seeing my old library. (When it has been working up to this point)

Hi all. I. Bought videos from iTunes and also bought the lowest amount of extra iCloud storage. I assumed the videos could be stored in the cloud and called back automatically to the iPad when I needed them. They won't all download, Apple hasn't answered my call for help via e mail, and I don't know what to do. I deleted stuff from the iPad and got rid of some of the videos I'm not watching (hoping to maybe download them again later on).
I don't get how the Cloud works, and I don't really know which article to read for info. HELP?

Purchasing more icloud storage has nothing to do with itunes purchases.
Itunes purchases ( the ones that are made available for redownload) are automatically available in icloud. you do not have to purchase any icould storage for this.
You should not delete anything. you should always have a backup copy.
Movies are only available for redownload in the U.S:

Why can you not login into the account ? You should be able to if you remember the account's password, if you can't then you can get it reset e.g. by answering your account's security questions : http://iforgot.apple.com
If you can't reset it via your security questions then contact Support in your country, they should be able to reset your password (and security questions) for you (after they've verified your id and that it's your account).

First, are you sure you changed your email address associated with your Apple ID and did not creat a new Apple ID?
Try signing out of your Apple ID on your iPad then sign back in. Use the Settings app.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap on your Apple ID > sign out
Then sign in to your Apple ID. What happens? -
On xcode preferences the account is being rejected due to password wrong but the password works on the developer site. I am using xcode 5.0.2 and an iphone 4s. Prior to this i was using an older xcode and an iphone 3gs. I entered the password again but it fails. i deleted all xcode off my machine, downloaded a new verison from the app store, but problem persists. Any ideas? thanks in advance for your help. regards
did you ever figure this out? Im having the same problem... only thing I can think of is - that I am admin on the account.. .so maybe Apple thinks admins don't ever need to use Xcode? haha
