I bought two songs and they both skip. Help?

Almost a week ago I bought two songs from Itunes using a gift card and they downloaded perfectly fine. The second I went to listen to one, at first, everything was fine but then it skipped like a minute of a four minute song. The second song only plays two minutes of a five minute song. I've already re-downloaded the new Itunes software AND the songs but it's still ****** up. Any suggestions?

Open Store > View My Account > Purchase History. Click the Report a Problem button and then the Report a Problem link for the items in question. Follow the prompts from there on...

You do have the ability to download most past purchases through the iTunes store. Below I have included two articles that will help you with this issue. The first article goes over how to delete media from your iTunes library if the media is listed but not able to play as it is not located. The second article goes over how to download past purchases.

I bought two songs and they didnt show up and i thought it would be like apps when you tried to redownload a paid app it would do it for free 2 song cost me about five dollars and i dont have then in my itunes how can i fix this?

Just for clarity, music redownload is part of iCloud which is presenlty only available in the USA as a beta when you are using the latesest iTunes.

Hello, I bought two audiobooks and they don't list under audiobooks in FrontRow. They list in the iTunes, but when you go to itunes you just see one of them under audiobooks, but you don't see the other under audiobooks, you just see it under artists as a normal song.
Does anybody knows how to solve this? Can I touch any properties of the files to make it list under Audiobooks properly?

You might just have to "get info" on the audiobook. By right clicking on the audiobook title you then click on "get info" then entering all the appropriate information it should list it where you want it.

First, how are you trying to play them? You need to play them by clicking on library on the left side of iTunes and clicking on music. The whle song will play by doing this.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer . Use your backup copy to put everything on the new computer.

Why has Notes deleted all but the very first note I made. I was keeping two diaries and they both disappeared, why? Where have they gone?

I have two ipods and they both stopped working on my home computer.

My Ipod 4gb has worked great until know. I plugged it in and it doesn't show up on my computer any longer. I took it to work and it worked fine. Is this a USB port issue or could we have messed with the setting during a upgrade? or, does the memory and amount of power it provides become an issue? Need an answer

Try another USB device, if that works you may want to re-install iTunes. Also try another USB port if available - if no USB devices work in any port, the board is probably toast.
I see you're from the midwest - it's very dry and cold there in the winter right? I blew out the USB board on a laptop last winter when I plugged a device in and got a static shock from the machine, even though I didn't touch any metal parts, I guess I was close enough for the static to arc.

turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

I got a new computer (windows 8) and I downloaded Itunes. I got all my songs form my old computer and put it on my new one. A few weeks later I bought two songs. I had my ipod plugged in when I downloaded the songs. It will not show up on my ipod nano but on itunes it tells me I bought my two songs. Help!
P.S: My ipod nano is not new. I had it for a year. I never had this issue before. Also there is 7.03 GB Free.

You need to look here for purchased items:
Open the iTunes Store, under Quick Links on the right side of the window, click on Purchased>Music>Songs>Not on this Computer.

Does this only happen with the tracks you have downloaded from the iTunes Store? Perhaps you should work the suggestions in this Apple support document first.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.
