Anywhere you can find it via the obvious Google search. It won't be from Apple, but will be a generic replacement.
Why are you throwing away any future chances of out of warranty replacements when you drop or drown it? Apple will give you a warranteed replacement phone for $199 (in the US, roughly the same in your country)

Only the current version of each app is available for download from the store, so for iBooks there is only the version that requires iOS 5+
There are other apps in the store which support PDFs, though I don't how many work on iOS 4.1 - 'PDF Manager Free' appears to be one, and the Stanza app also says that it supports PDFs

Unless you enabled Find My iPhone on it before it was lost then there isn't any way to locate it. If you did enable it then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone / Find My iPad on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPhone disabled on it.
If you think that it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also contact your carrier and change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

Photostream does not have an option to be backed up. If you backed up pictures from photostream then you will find them in the place of back up. If you just had your photostream "on" it was streaming to all devices connected back then, but will not sync over to new devices. It is rather streaming and not syncing service, so there is no option to go backward. There is a slight chance that you will still get last 30 days of your pictures, that is how long photostream server keeps those pictures for you.

It can't be deleted, it's been moved to another page where you most likely can't see/find it, so do this: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout...see if you see it now.

If i buy an iPhone in Malaysia,will it works in India?

I am currently living in Malaysia and I am going to study my Medicine in India soon.
As we all know iPhone 6 will be released real soon rumored to be around September 2014.
So my question is if i buy an iPhone 6 in Malaysia,will it still works when I move to India? As I know,you can't use an iPhone which has been brought directly from US due to the SIM -lock I guess..
Will it be the same if I buy an iPhone in Malaysia and can't use it in India or I need to do some kind of unlock process in India?

Oh ya,I know that initially all iPhone were only subjected to AT&T carrier which is the US carrier..So is it means we can use it on whatever carrier at anywhere outside of US after we have unlocked it?

The iPhone does not have an International warranty. The seller lied to you. You will have to return your phone to Singapore for all warranty & support issues. You will not receive service in Malaysia.

You tried what ? If the app is no longer available in the store (can you find it in the main part of the store ?) for re-downloading then you would need to have a copy of it somewhere e.g. on your computer's iTunes, on a backup of your downloads.
