hello ptbruce, you probably only selected to open (not save) the video which will download it into windows temporary folder where it gets deleted again after it has been used. you could try to right-click the entry in the firefox download manager and copy the link of the source file and try if you can download it through this url again. otherwise you'll have to contact the vendor of the video to find a solution...

uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)
... the as suggested reinstalled the latest version of the firefox browser using the link you provided in the email ..; tested and several issues still remain present and unresolved ....
so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. They are grayed out because they are automatically set up whey you check Mail in System Preferences. If you didn't do that, go back and do so and your iCloud email account will be set up automatically.

Using Mavericks OS, purchased program through App Store of which had problems with current OS, therefore deleted program with intent on reinstalling same from App Store, I am unable to redownload this program because it is greyed out and shows installed.

Purchased application in App Store (Opus Domini). Did not play will with OS X Mavericks. Deleted program to re-download from App Store. However my list of purchases shows this program as installed and is greyed out. Need to re-download. Have talked with company and they are working on an update for OS however this will take some time.

My master pages have disappeared from the View menu in Frame Maker and I can't get to them. View does show body pages and reference pages.

Master pages went missing from my FrameMaker 12 setup about 4 days ago. I can see body and references pages. I have tried reinstalling. The master pages are missing from all of my FrameMaker documents, absolutely all of them. I have done two new installations of FM 12, no fix.

Does the old shortcut still work? [Esc, v, M plus its close kin Esc, v, R for Reference pages and Esc, v, B for Body pages – all case-sensitive]
Also, does "missing" mean you select View master pages and get a blank screen? while double-checking the view shortcuts, I discovered this can be replicated by turning off borders [Esc, v, b] in Master page view … if you happen to be using a Master page layout with no header or footer. But I have also, occasionally, ended up with blank master pages even when they should have had content. It's a mystery.

I'm trying to export an action I made in Photoshop CC (not CC 2014). The "save" command is greyed out and there's no export command. The action I made in CC isn't under the Adobe presets folder for CC. What am I doing wrong?

You need to use the old ID and password to delete the iCloud account. After you delete the old account, you can sign in with the new ID in iCloud.

It's a permissions problem. Try this: right click on your iTunes icon and choose "run as administrator" that might fix it.
