The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
If you cannot get this information from the seller

Thanks FelipeV for your reply but i apple said they dont sell iphone who are not nationals as they need proof of address and your local ID and it happens in all apple stores around the world and even i cant buy online coz i have also show them a address and ID of any country where apple official launch the iphone. Copy that voice memo, create a new email and paste it and send it to yourself! You can save it to your computer now and send it to someone else

I have upgrade my phone to iOS7 and my company recently upgraded to Exchange 2010. My emails are not synching to my inbox. I can only see my Sent items. I have already deleted the account 3 times but this did not fix the inbox problem.
You need to have a different Apple ID for each of the other devices.

I'm in London for a semester and I met someone here. My iMessage has been useful for chatting with friends from home, but I'd like to add this guy to my contacts and iMessage him. I can't iMessage him (he has functional iMessage on his iPhone). Why doesn't my phone recognize him to have iMessage? Do I have to turn my data on and my airport off to send a message before it recognizes that he has iMessage?
Call AppleCare, because, according to Apple, removing the devices from your support profile should have fixed this issue. You can also try changing your Apple ID password, but given what you've done, I doubt this will help.

There is no solution for Activation Lock if you don't know the Apple ID/Password that was used to originally activate the phone.
Without that info, you won't be able to re-activate the phone or use it, & Apple can't/won't help you. You can try recovering the ID here:

I just got a new macbook pro. How do I get the 900+ songs that I took off of cds into iTunes on my computer from my iPhone. I had no problems syncing the music I had purchased from iTunes. I have tried to sync it using iTunes match, this did not work. I would like to have access to my full library without going into the user profile of my old computer, which is on my new computers hard drive. I would like to eventually delete the old profile so that I have more space on my hard drive.

You are going to need to go to: FORGOT APPLE ID to retrieve your iCloud/Apple ID. Once you know your ID, you can log onto Apple - My Apple ID and click on Reset Password to answer the Security Questions you will need to answer. If you don't remember the answers, you will have to contact Apple Support to have them reset: ACCOUNT SECURITY CONTACT NUMBERS
