Sprint is a CDMA carrier, same as Verizon so it will work on CDMA.

It will work if you buy a factory unlocked phone from Apple. LTE won't work in Belgium with a USA phone. The warranty will not be valid outside the USA.

AT&T does not support iPhones on pre-paid plans and when (not if) they discover you using one, they will shut down the account. You MUST go with a post paid plan on AT&T, though if your phone is unlocked, there is no need to tie yourself down to a contract.

If you buy an unlocked iPhone it should work.
Just understand that warranty and support are only valid in the country of origin.

Oh ya,I know that initially all iPhone were only subjected to AT&T carrier which is the US carrier..So is it means we can use it on whatever carrier at anywhere outside of US after we have unlocked it?

Asked all the time here. If officially unlocked, yes, the phone will work in India. Officially unlocked iPhones are only sold by Apple in the US...no where else. Currently, the only unlocked model available is the T-Mobile labeled iPhone.
Your warranty/support will only be valid in the US...they won't touch the phone in India if you have any problems or issues. And, the phone will most likely not support LTE in India.

Doubt it. The phone will probably be locked to a specific carrier and you will be out of luck. I suggest just buying one brand new instead of someone else.

I'm sure you can. I was in a similar situation when i bought my 1st gen iPhone and ported a number about 2 months after getting the phone. Was not a problem. But I guess it's always best to check with AT&T, but I would call rather than asking in a store. The store personnel seem more interested in selling than answering questions. Twice I've gone into a store thinking it would be easier than calling to do something and twice they put me on the phone with customer service from a phone in the store. DUMB DUMB DUMB
