i buy I buy new computers and can not authorize my new computers it show "can not authorize for 1 year" how can i do
i sell my old computers (2 PCs and 1 laptop) but i can not use my new computers for sync with your product all of my family use your product
but can not sync anything
please find way for me

Use the Deauthorize All function documented in that article; while it won't delete your music, you should have a backup of it anyway.

If it's running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store, and choose Authorize this Computer.
If it's running Windows, press the Alt and S keys and choose Authorize this Computer, or click here, follow the instructions, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

It depends on what iPhone you have.
If it's an iPhone 4S or earlier, click here.
If it's an iPhone 5, you need to buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD, and that requires an Intel Mac with at least 1GB RAM.

New router and can not connect wirelessly

Installed a new router that changed my security from a WEP to a WPA2. I have connected to the printer(7410) through ethernet cable and changed the security settings but the printer will not connect to my router. I am currently printing by ethernet cable hooked directly into the router. When i try to use the printer interface to cinnect to router the only option that comes up is WEP.
Any ideas?

The printer will support WPA, but not WPA2. It may have previously been connected to WEP and is expecting that. Let's reset it:
From the front of hte printer: Setup > Network > Restore Network Defaults. Now try the Wireless Setup Wizard from that same Network menu.

Just installed Premiere and can not open a new project, database error

Everytime I try to open a new project i get a Database is "Failed to perform the database operation as the Organizer database is busy. Please try again later."

Of prime importance...what version of Premiere Elements are you working with and on what computer operating system is it running on?
So, right now a lot of generalizations
1. Close all opened projects and programs.
2. Right click the Taskbar at the bottom of computer desktop to bring up Task Manager/Processes. Look for and End Process for any traces of Premiere Elements and/or Elements Organizer whose process remained opened after you closed the program.
3. Open Premiere Elements to its Splash screen where hopefully you will see tabs for Organizer and Video Editor. Hold down the Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys of the computer main keyboard (altogether) as you do a left mouse click hold down on the Organizer tab for about 15 seconds. After that time, release just the mouse click hold down. Wait for a message about deleting the preferences/settings file. Click Yes to the message that should appear. Unhold the Ctrl+Alt+Shift, and then click on Organizer or Video Editor and try to open the Video Editor or Elements Organizer sections of the program without error.
4. Did that work for you? If not, please supply more details.

Bookmark new layout and can not delete?

I want to delete some of my bookmarks in the menu.
I used to be able to click on the bookmark tab and it would give me a list view. I was able to highlight and delete.
Now when I go into ALL bookmark menu I do not get the list view- I get a horizontal scroll- like in itunes- and when I try to select the bookmark- safari launches the page.
How do i get this back to view list?

Click the Bookmarks icon then click Bookmarks Bar under Collections. You can delete Bookmarks there.

HT1420 Can Not Authorize a new computer on iTunes

Hi all,
I have de-authorized two of the possible five devices on iTunes. I am attampting to authorize a Dell Laptop computer, but it keeps telling me that I must deauthorize another device.   I have exited the program and re-opened it, but it made no difference. Likewise, I've rebooted the system but still no change. Any ideas??

Open iTunes...
If you're using iTunes 11 click on the box icon in the top-left corner to see the " Show Menu Bar "
and from the Menu Bar select Store...
From the Store menu, choose Authorize This Computer.
When prompted, enter your Apple ID and password, then click Authorize.

I installed update 5.7.1, and can not find the new panorama, or HDR features. I watched the tutorial for the location. Does LR 5 not support these features?

Are the Panorama and HDR features not supported in LR 5.7.1?
I installed the update, but they do not show where the tutorial shows below Photo/Edit In.

These features are only in Lightroom 6/Lightroom CC, and you would have to purchase Lightroom CC or Lightroom 6 (or use the 30-day free trial and then purchase it).
