iPhone warranty is valid only in country of original purchase.
If the iPhone was originally sold in the Philipines, it must be
returned to there for repair/replacement. You must take it or
send it to a friend/relative there to take to Apple repair in the
Philipines. Apple does not accept international shipments for
repair nor does Apple ship out of the country after repair.
If Apple told you that the iPhone had to go to Hong Kong for repair,
then the iPhone was originally sold in Hong Kong and then resold
to you in the Philipines. In that case, take it to Hong Kong.

So you are saying it works ok as long as you avoid certain pages such as this Forum. That makes me wonder if it could be malware that is blocking access to assistance.Run malwarescans with multipe and up-to-date tools.

Apple wireless mouse and keyboard stop working ... now says OS X version and bluetooth incompatible
For no apparent reason my apple wireless mouse and keyboard stopped working. I was not upgrading or installing anything, the batteries are good, nothing was changed as far as I know. Now bluetooth discovers the paired devices, connects for about 30 seconds, the disconnects ... or stays connected but doesn't work.
What's happenned ... I'm rushing to finish a big job ... any ideas? I've tried re-pairing but doesn't work ... says that OSX version may be incompatible with device bluetooth ... I'm using Lion so maybe there is another lion problem?Hello:

This is the method:
Go to system preferences>bluetooth. Highlight an item in the sidebar. If detailed information does not appear, click on the little gear and select show more info. Then click on the gear again and select favorite.
And how could an hardware-related problem be (temporarily) solved rebooting the OS?
Intermittent problems are, IMHO, most often caused by hardware. Restarting will occasionally "fix" problems - why, I do not know.

MY iPhone 5C suddenly stopped working. It wont connect to my Mac and repeatedly reboots from the apple Logo when plugged into the wall.
There is no water damage or anything. I got that checked at the Apple store. I also have Apple Care + but didnt let them give me a new one yet because I have photos on this that I have no yet backed up that are very important. Connecting in recovery mode is your only chance to use the phone again, besides getting it serviced by Apple.

Hi, I use facetime regularly with my parents who live outside US and it stopped working. Their ipad2 rings,says connecting..and then 'call failed'. Upgrading their iOS5 (or 6) is not a option as my parents do not know to do this. I came across forums where this issue is mentioned on apple support and cnet.
Is there another option apart from upgrading ?Well, in his defense, his parents bought him the player so I guess we can't blame him. Though the 6 GB versions were available in November so I guess they really did get 'nervous' about Christmas and like to get their shopping done early! Kudo's to you for trying to remain with the Creative line but for what you're looking for it's obviously not the player for you. Creative seems to be fine-tuning their line for the audio crowd. I'm into mp3 players for the audio. Sure, the ability to watch video's and look at pictures on a decent screen is a plus but for me at least, it's all about the music. And with music, 6 GB is more than enough. Heck, 8 GB would have been more than enough for me. I'm a subscriber to Napster-to-go, so I don't feel the need to carry 00 plus GB of stuff on my portable player. I honestly don't understand the desire to watch movies or TV shows on tiny little screens. But you're also talking to a guy who doesn't watch television. What a complete waste of time and brain cells. Probably the **competitor products we can't discuss here** or one of those players would better suit your needs. Companies are definately picking their niche markets carefully and Creative's decision to not offer hard dri've players any more seems to definately be saying bye-bye to that market. I can't say I blame them. Hard dri'ves eventually give up the ghost and are quite delicate for people on the go. Good ridance, I say. Let Apple, Zune and all the others cater to the Z generation's need to be spoonfed their video/TV addictions anywhere and everywhere. I'll pass. It's one thing to be able to enjoy some music on the go and enhance an otherwise dull work day or dri've. But movies/TV shows at work, school, or wherever? Please. Cut the cord! Just my $.02 - YMMV! I was in the middle of updating to 7.0.3 and Itunes stopped working. Now my phone is stuck in limbo (apple logo with status bar under) My power button doesnt work (of course) How do I get it back to normal?
I have same issue. I click on the home button and Wake/sleep at the same time for 30 seconds or more and then the phone entered in Recovery mode. It is erasing my content now and installing the update. Let´s see how this ends. I have iCloud, iTunes match, and backups from previos versions, hope I can restore all my content.
Otherwise I´ll go to the Genius Bar to do a checkup.

It did not work the first time... The iPhone4 kept in limbo. Then I did disconnect as suggested above and tried again to enter in Recovery mode. This second time it works. And after restoring the iPhone4 with 7.0.3, it asked me if I want to recover from backup. I did recover from my latest back up and now it is syncing the content. -

I had photoshop on my hp and it stopped working, it says error 16. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and nothing works. Also I just bought a Mac, is there any way i can transfer photoshop to my new computer?

I don't know what version you have, but you cannot install a Windows edition on a Mac, you need the Mac edition.
If you have Photoshop CS6, you can swap it for a Mac version, otherwise you would have to purchase a full Mac version ($700) or enroll in the $10 per month Photography program from Adobe to use Photoshop CC.

Same here.... No fix. Replacing is the option apparently and if you're out of warranty, you're SOL. That was as per the "Genius" at Apple.

There is no way to consolidate iTunes accounts.
Setting up an iPhone has never required creation of a new Apple ID.
You've apparently purchased content with both Apple ID's. Sign into the device with the correct Apple ID and sync the content. -

Have you talked to your carrier to confirm the unlock?
What was the procedure you did to unlock the phone?
Standard unlocking procedure once processed by the carrier:
Backup in iTunes
Erase the phone (ignore restore terminology here)
Plug the phone to the computer and then launch iTunes
Wait for unlock notification.
Restore the backup. -
