No, Apple does not support downgrading iOS. Never has.
Start with a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
If that doesn't work, you may need do a full restore.

Ecuador has added an extra digit to mobile phone numbers but apple wont accept 10 digit phone numbers so we cant use facetime or apple IM or verify our new phone numbers. ( and Siri won't work either!) I have contacted apple support online but can't request a call back as the apple system says our new phone numbers are invalid. Your library should reside on your computer, the iPad is simply a mirroring what you sync to it from iTunes. If you have anything on the iPad the is different then you may risk losing it.
Should you need to transfer anything so you can sync to iTunes (which you can do wired or wirlessly) there are 3rd party programs

Once I connect the phone to a power source, in a couple of minutes it's ready to roll again, and displaying a "full battery" icon.
The phone is almost always fully charged when this happens, and I don't get a crash when the phone is plugged into a power source.
Took my iphone to apple store, they informed that battery is very good and there is no need for replacement. Might be there is a problem with iphone motherboard. But they can't repair it as my 3GS crossed warranty.
Where should I go to repair this. Within 2 years...this 32GB 3GS is almost garbage for me with no support from apple. I am ready to send it to apple for repairs and pay the repair charges.
I tried everything... deep reset ... factory settings .... nothing is working... Apple staff pl. take care of your customers ...

Try starting Aperture with the command and option keys held down. You'll get 3 options.
Try each, starting at the top, in order, checking after each to see if it fixes the issue.
