Hello Linc and Eric thanks for your help.I had a think in my sleep and came up with the following.
If I accessed a few days back in my history files the website in question then it should work as this was before my problem.
This worked so I have mow circumvented whatever it was in the (Router/modem/internet section of Imac) that is causing the issue.
So will keep this in mind and continue to get rid of problem but at least I have a work around.

We are running a OS X 10.5 server. Everything seemed to be working fine but I noticed that we're unable to view our our public website internally. Safari and Firefox both say that the website's server cannot be found. Our server name is azserver.aandzlaw.com and our public domain is www.aandzlaw.com.
Do I need to add a machine record to the DNS entry to correct this problem or is it something else?

Sophos Endpoint security: Block all websites except one
I've been trying to find out how to block all websites except one, in an end user, by creating a policy in the Sophos Enterprise Console. I can see an option - Full web control but it requires an appliance. My question is, it is possible block all websites except one with Sophos? I appreciate if anybody knows, and can tell me how. I have downloaded the trial version of Sophos. If it's possible, I'll try Sophos ES for a year, for the end users and servers.

I'm sorry to read that you are having issues with your Sync account.
Your best bet is to follow the steps described in this blogposts and open a bug:

After that, if you don't want to user Sync in your computer, you can stop it with this simple steps:
* At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options.
* Once the options window opens, click on the Sync tab.
* At the bottom of the Sync tab click on '''Deactivate this Device''' link -
there is no sound on my macbook air. I have checked the volume and mute controls and the internal speaker are selected. any one any ideas please.
Hopefully one of these steps should solve the problem.
1. Remove the headphone.
If you see red light in the headphone port, plug the headphone
in and out of the port 5 or 6 times to flip the microswitch inside.
Sound output may be stuck in the digital mode.

Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
4. Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup

Under Mute any of the boxes checked? If so, uncheck it.

Windows fakes an Italic by making it lean at an angle.
Tahoma doesn't actually have an italic and Apple has adopted a strict WYSIWYG with fonts since OSX came out.
Choose another font. The separate styles will be list in the Font palette.

Can visit every website except one? Very strange a...
This is a very strange problem, and one that has started today but is already driving me mad. I'm on BT Infinity Broadband, using a BT homehub, and have done for a while now... So far it's been fine until today.
Every aspect of my internet connection is fine - I can get and send emails, use skype, and view websites through every browser...But all of a sudden I can't visit one particular website anymore? It just times out every single time and wont let me on. It's definitely not the website becuase all my colleagues can go on there, and if i turn off my wifi on my iphone I can get to it on 3G also, so the problem is definitely in the router or something to do with my settings here. I've tried on my Macbook on Chrome, Safari and Firefox, and also on my Powermac on the same three browsers.
It's vital that I get back online becuase as luck would have it, my job is updating the blog on this one site I can't access, so any help from anyone at all would be very much appreciated. Here's the site in question: www.4downdistribution.com/v3

Jamesit's unlikely that any settings have changed in the router - have you tried deleting the cache/history/temp internet files and see if that help

Browses can open all websites except youtube
Whatever safari or chrome or firefox, can't open youtube, but any other websites. I've updated the flash, use shift+restart to perform internal repair operation, check my DNS that all are gray. Still don't help. Any one can help me? Many thanks.
Try a different DNS sever...
Open System Preferences / Preferences then select the Network tab. Click the Advanced tab then click the DNS tab.
Click +
Enter these addresses exactly as you see them here.
208.67.222.222
Click +
208.67.220.220
Then click OK.
if that doesn't help, open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Storage tab. Click: Delete All
Try uninstalling Flash then reinstall > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
Very important to uninstall the currently installed before reinstalling new.
If you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
For Safari ... check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.

8820 - Can browse all websites except Faceboook
I have a Blackberry 8820, and I use the internet using Wi-Fi. When I first got it, I could surf the internet with no problem. But starting yesterday afternoon, I started having a problem when I tried to get on my Facebook. Everytime I try, there is a long wait, and then it says that it was unable to make a connection. But every other website works perfect. It's just Facebook that my phone has all of a sudden starting having trouble with. Is this a problem with a setting on my phone, or a problem with Facebook, or something else? Thanks ahead of time for any help I can get!
Matthmm.. I do know Facebook was down for about an hour or less this afternoon.

Firefox 4 can open all websites except youtube
when i try to access youtube by either typing it into the browser of going through google or any other site youtube will not open, the screen goes white and the circle is going round like it is trying to open but never does. this has happened since i updated firefox
Try clearing cache and cookies through Firefox > History > Clear Recent History

I've been using Firefox 4.0.1 without issue. All of a sudden, I can't access websites. My network connection reports okay and I can access all websites using Internet Explorer.
