I can get to a court site that I used to but then it freezes and won't go any further
I have always used a Court site to check on court records using both Mozilla Fire Fox 3.6 and Internet Explorer. Now with Fire Fox 4.0 upgrade I can go to site ("contextecourt connect") and it goes thru just fine to the site and I get thru to "Agree" authorization page, etc. But when I enter a "name" for court record it just freezes or stalls there, giving me NO records like I used to get. Thinking it may be a problem with Court Site, I switched to Internet Explorer and got thru just fine??!! HELP. I want to use Fire Fox, but this upgrade is NOT working for me!!
Sounds like a complete uninstall and reinstall of iTunes may be required. This will not affect any of your content on the computer.

I was trying to get the iOS 8.2 on my iPhone 5 but then it stopped and my phone is now on recovery mode I have pictures I need and they did not all fit on iCloud how can I use the phone again with ALL my pictures and videos without restoring it?
Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service.
Pictures taken with the device are designed to regularly be copied off the device to a computer as would be done with any digital camera.
If you have failed to use the device as designed it may be too late to recovery anything.
Is the device regularly backed up to a computer via iTunes? If so, the most recent backup (when restored to a replacement iOS device) should contain all contacts and pictures as of when the backup was created. -

It sounds like you are unable to re install iTunes because the Apple Mobile Device service failed to start. Try restarting it with the following article:

Close iTunes and disconnect the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Click the Windows Start button .
In the Start Search field type Services.
In the Programs section of the search results, Click "Services".
Select Apple Mobile Device and click Stop the service as shown below:
After the service has stopped, click Start the service.
After the Apple Mobile Device service has started again, open iTunes and connect the device.
Then if the issue is resolved, set the service to start Automatically with the same article.
If it is still not working, use these steps from the same article to completely uninstall iTunes and its associated applications and install a fresh copy.
Remove and reinstall iTunes and AMDS
If the issue continues after restarting AMDS, then you'll need to remove and reinstall AMDS and iTunes.
Completely uninstall AMDS, iTunes, and all Apple software. Click the appropriate links below for steps:
Windows XP
Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
Restart the computer.
Download and install (or reinstall) the latest version of iTunes from www.apple.com/itunes. Installing iTunes will also install AMDS.
Restart the computer.
Start iTunes and connect the device. It should be recognized properly in Windows.

First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the Steps in this article to force the device into Recovery Mode.

I'm trying to setup my ipad after a factory reset. I get to the screen that says choose network. I choose mine and it puts a checkmate next to it. I have all the bars for wifi and that's all that happens. It just stays on that screen. It won't highlight the next button so I can go on. Any help?

What exactly happens when you try to sync?
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Does any media now sync to the iPod?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

I use the same plug-ins i always have, with the exception of faster fox. I got the plug in off of c-net. The first thing I did was disable that plug in. I do remember at one point i used to have a plug in that allowed you to set the refresh intervals. I don't remember which is was though as I got rid of it a long time ago. I have checked every option I can think of to no avail..please help.

hello, this is a scam tactic that is trying to trick you into installing malware, so don't download or execute this kind of stuff - updates are handled automatically by firefox so you don't have to download anything (you can always initiate a manual check for updates in ''firefox > help > about firefox'').
you might also want to run a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and different tools like the [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free free version of malwarebytes], [http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ adwcleaner] & [http://www.kaspersky.com/security-scan kaspersky security scan] in order to make sure that there isn't already some sort of malware active on your system that triggers these false alerts.

you could also help by pressing F10 & going to ''help > report web forgery'' while you're on this dubious page - this might get the page into the list of malicious sites that get blocked in firefox (the actual list is maintained by google) or when such pages use the firefox logos or trademarks to trick users into downloading malware you could also file it at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/legal/fraud-report/. -
Before I updated my iPod I had all of the songs to an album that I bought on iTunes. After I updated my iPod I only have 5 of those songs from the album. I would like to know how I can get the rest of the songs cause I already paid for the album and I went on my computer and it said that I have to pay for them even though I already paid for the whole album. This came from another thread, but worked for me. Problem is with newest iTunes 4.62. Unistall iTunes, as well as its helper programs (Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Divice Support, and Apple Software Update). Reboot, and reinstall iTunes. It will reinstall all the other ones and you should be able to connect your nano. Good luck.

Thank you for the help. Every app on my phone was downloaded using my old I-tunes ID. I just hope that they will re-download under my new ID because I still can't change it on my phone. In order to change to the new ID it says I have to sign out from the old ID and change to the new one. My problem is that I don't remember my password to be able to sign out from my old ID. Then the phone says it can change my password through e-mail and I agree but I never get an e-mail at my old address or the new one.

What do I do? I have already downloaded OS Yosemite (it says so on my Apple>About this mac>overview) but now I keep getting a message from "install Yosemite" that keeps asking me to install Yosemite again and won't go away.

Can't get itunes updates on ipad, but can get everything else...genius, purchases, etc. When I select "updates" screen is blank. Any ideas??
