I can hide purchased books in iTunes, but this change won't apply to my iPad when synced?
There's a book I bought two years ago that's just not a good book and I can't have visible with my little siblings using my iPad. It's not on my bookshelf on my iBooks app, but it is under Purchased Books. I understand you cannot permanently remove these, but I heard you could hide them via iTunes on your computer. So I did that, I went into iTunes and successfully hid the offensive book and so it didn't show up under my purchased section in the iTunes store, nor in my books section of iTunes. Great. I sync my iPad and select apply all changes. When it's done syncing, I check the purchased section of my iBooks, and the book is still there, obviously not hidden. How do I fix this, and why is this happening?
It will always be in purchases, but if you have already hidden the book in iTunes purchases, it will not show anymore.
The only way to delete the book from your cloud list on the iPad is to download and delete.
I told you it was dumb.. Don't try and make sense of it, just do it.

Exactly the same problem here. I've only found a "workaround" by removing the album from my iPhone sync list, syncing, then adding it back and re-syncing

The problem seems to happen when the battery is low. It seems fine now that the battery is fully charged. I took it to Apple Genius and they ran a diagnotic test and everything checke out fine. The tech told me to watch it and if it hapens again they would replace it. It is only a month old and we are already having problems with it. Does anyone know if there is a fix in the works or is the only fix to replace it?

Apple doesn't have full control over what they can sell in each country or region. The copyright owners control that.

You should be able to re download the book on your iPad.

Swipe down and make sure Books is switched ON.

books purchased in iTunes can not be read on Macs. This feature does not exist (yet anyway). They can only be read on an iDevice (iPod,iPhone, iPad).

Thank youThe iPad is fine. But the computer you're syncing with needs to be authorised with the Apple ID that was used to buy the material on the iPad. You do this by picking the 'Authorize' item from the menu in iTunes and entering the account name and password.

I synced ipod to itunes (windows), itunes removed all my single purchased songs from my iphone. I can see the songs in itunes, but they are gray and I can't move them back to my iphone or to any other device. I can't play them on the computer in itunes, I can't move them back to my iphone (where original purchase was made), and I can't move them into another ipod.
I had the Itunes store do this to one song out of three I downloaded. I went back to the Itunes store and reclicked on the song to download it again. It ran the download again and got the complete song this second time. Then I just resynced with my Itunes and all is fixed.

I installed an airport express, on my mac book i can use the airplay using iTunes, but on my iPhone en ipad the icon for airplay not appears on the screan when i start the music player.
Chances are, you have already tried this and already know the answer.
But, if not....sorry, but no......since your printer is not AirPrint compatible, you must use the extra software workaround in the Mac.
A newer AirPrint printer would allow you to do what you want. -
I can not purchase music on iTunes and nothing has changed with my computer. I get an error saying "The network connection was reset. Could not purchase." I do have internet conncection. My ipod touch has lost touch with my itunes account. I appear to have lost all my audiobooks from itunes and a nook I downloaded from audible.com last week is on my itunes but I cannot syn it to my ipod. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes but this did not work and I now have a different screen with itunes which I am not familiar with. I need my ipod for audiobooks and podcasts because I have a visual impairment.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar -

I purchased an audiobook in Nov 2012 using iPhone 4S and then upgraded to iPhone 5 in Dec. Now I am not seeing the audio book in purchase history in iTunes. This means I am not able to get the book in my new iPhone. Please help.
Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store.
