Ouch! OWA via the BB Browser! Ouch indeed! Not something I'd recommend trying...rather, having a proper BIS account (from your carrier) and integrating the native BB email capability would be my recommended methodology.

Something you can try is resetting it all Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings. Or go to Settings > Store & sign out & log back in. Another thing you can do is restore your ipod. This has happened to me but the only thing i did was that i created a new account but try doing the things above i just told you. :)

I need to cancel my account, but I cannot verify my identity over the phone as I do not know what pin I entered, or what security answer I put in, and of course there are no recent numbers in my phone, but I'm still me, and I'm still the one who pays my bill, and I still need to close my account, and I need a way to do that. Honestly I'm getting quite frustrated here and am considering starting a lawsuit or submitting my story to a newspaper, I like verizon and thought I would get my next phone under verizon as well, but now I'm not so sure. But whatever the the case, even if I need to go somewhere in person with my id to prove that I'm the owner of my account, I need it closed.
I really hope that someone here can help me solve this issue, or direct me to someone who can solve this issue for me. I think that the better business bureau would find it as atrocious as I do that a person could get looped into payments that they don't want and cannot get out of, now I know that this was not the intention, but I really do need to cancel my plan because I cannot afford the bill.

Do the following:
Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iPhone and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your phone).

If you have an old ID in Settings>iCloud as a result of updating to iOS 7, to change it you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change (you should need to verify the old account). Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. I could do that, however when I select the icloud button (or whatever the heck it is) I am asked to enter the apple id and password. So if you are suppose to create another one for icloud you'd think it would give you the option at this point which would be logical.

Whenever a menu choice is grayed out, that is because you have Restrictions turned on in Settings. Be sure to turn it off.
You are confusing an itunes store account with an icloud account. You two can continue using the same ID for itunes (thus sharing purchased music, apps, etc.), but you really should have separate accounts (different IDs) for icloud, since an account is intended for one user to keep his/her devices in sync.
To create a new icloud account, go to
http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
Then go to Settings>icloud and scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account. (have restrictions turned off) That will disconnect the device from the account but will not delete data in icloud or other devices. Then sign in using the new ID.

Try this
To increase the maximum number of opened connections and/or the time to wait for a new connection you should change the DataSource properties in the Visual Administrator or manually modify of the data-sources.xml file.
The necessary steps in the Visual Administrators are as follows:
a. Open the Visual Administrator and select Server Services JDBC Connector.
b. Select the appropriate DataSource within the Runtimetab on the right.
c. Select the tab named Additional.
d. Set the desired values for the fields Maximum Connectionsand/or Maximum Time to Wait for Connection.
e. After your modification select Save. The Visual Administrator will prompt you for application redeployment. After confirming that, you should be able to get the connection from the database.
