Then it's time for a new keyboard. If you are still under warranty, call AppleCare.

This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.

iTunes updates podcasts each hour but won't refresh. When I sync my iPhone, it gets yesterdays podcasts and I have to manually hit refresh to make it update. How can I make it automatically refresh?
I think figured out what is going on here... If you have set your Windows OS time manually, Apple iTunes will not honor the time you set in Windows XP...
In my case, I had not applied the Windows update that changes the Daylight savings rules. No big deal I thought... I can easily correct the time manually. Well... iTunes will not like it if you do that. You have to have your daylight savings rules set correctly on the PC. Microsoft has a free program called TZEdit that will let you adjust the DST boundaries.
Once I set the rules correctly and then set my time keeping back to "Automatic" it fixed it. Hope this helps... -

How long has it been going on? I've had my yahoo mess up and if i wait a bit it resolves itself. Yahoo is doing something with their servers and it messes with your mail if your mail happens to be on one of those servers.

My firefox updated this morning. Since the update I can no longer post to facebook. Any thoughts? Other browsers work. I am using Windows 7 and Firefox 10.0.1. All was working fine yesterday.
BTW, I can read everything just fine, but when enter information to post and press the post button, nothing happens. I have another computer running Win XP and firefox 8.x and all is fine.

Making a new Apple ID is not a good idea, since you have to reset the password for that Apple ID anyway. All of your purchases are tied to the Apple ID that the iCloud account was created under. So, you have to retrieve the password for that Apple ID in order to sign into iCloud anyway.
Go to Manage your Apple ID, and click on the Reset Password option (Apple - My Apple ID). Sign on with the Apple ID that the iCloud account was created under, and answer the security questions. If you do not remember the answers to the Security Questions, contact Apple Support to have them reset:

Since upgrading to 8.0 I can no longer print from Mapquest Classic. It's not a Mapquest problem it's a Firefox problem as I am able to print using IE. I have deleted the podcast app from my phone but on my Mac in iTunes->iPhone->Apps it shows up albeit with a button labelled "Install". ICloud Drive - can no longer back sync. with other devices.
I had to back up and restore my iPad mini last night to get rid of 2.5g of "Other". During the restore it upgraded to IOS 8 (there was no option no to). I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to iCloud Drive. There was nothing there telling me that if I did, I would no longer be able to have all my devices synced. I can no longer sync. with my Mac (Mavericks) or my iPhone 4s. I cannot afford to upgrade my phone, so I am now stuck with no synced photos, notes, calendar or anything else. This is not really good enough. There should be a warning there!
Ok, I tries using the command line mount_webdav command. It didn't seem to work. I got no error messages, but no volumes were mounted.
I tried connecting to another (non-iDisk) web folder at bingodisk.com. This worked fine on my desktop, it doesn't work on the MacBook. This seems to confirm that this is a basic Finder webdav issue, not iDisk specific.
I looked through the system preferences to try to find any appropriate *.plist files to remove/reset. I tried removing
/Library/Prefernences/Network/com.apple.DotMacNotifications.plist
/Library/Prefernences/com.apple.networkConfig.plist
but this didn't do anything. Any ideas on what setting file might influence the Finder's webdav functionality?
If I try to do a iDisk sync in the Finder, the console give me the same message as when I tried to directly mount another person's public iDisk

RichardDear If you have made mistakes Results Recording or In IP some characteristics to be changed then you reverse the concerned inspection lot process order confirmation and change the QM related inspection parameters and do the process order confirmation again which will generate new inspection lot with corrected IP(In case 04 inspection type)
For 03 inspection type just do the tasklist correction and generate another inspection lot with corrected IP details.

Redaction Issue Acrobat 9 vs XI
We are in the midst of upgrading our acrobat from 9 to XI. We've done lots of redacting in 9 but at times we need to edit the redaction code or the overlay text. When we do that in Acrobat XI it does not keep the Outline Color of red but changes it
